See now I am torn, it seems clean and spacious and the service was prompt, but, I was disgusted when I spit a fly out of my medium French vanilla iced coffee.  I don't believe there is much time where the coffee is actually open to air (it should be in a closed container until the split second it is poured into a cup where a lid is put on it immediately anyway) which leads me to believe this may have been intentional unless the coffee just sits in open air (like a pitcher without a lid).  Foul and disgusting at the least.  So in short, either the employees hate people or they let their coffee sit out and flies can die in it as they please.
