I love this dd the are always consistent with their orders and service. I'm never disappointed! Autumn is awesome and she makes the BEST ICE COFFEE. I NEVER HAVE TO HAVE HER ADJUST IT😙😙HAPPY GIRL

Really wish I could give no stars with the level of unprofessionalism. Called over the phone today with questions about promotional offers researched online and spoke to a manager identified as Dina. She was so rude, didn't have a pleasant, helpful tone and hung up the phone twice. When I called back she said the first time I said goodbye which I didn't. The second time she stated there were 5 employees around and I didn't say anything and that she kept saying hello. Again I did not hang up. Unacceptable!!! During our brief conversation she mentioned that she unaware of any online promotions just knew about offers in the store. Then later said the offers may be applicable through the DD app and she does not have the app. Wow! This was my first time calling this store to find out about promotions and will be the last. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! It's a shame because this DD store is so convenient to my home but I will not visit here again as long as the manager name DINA works here and provides rude level of customer service. #krispykremerocks!

I get coffee here everyday and always leave with a great cup. It's more than I can say about most locations. The staff are all very nice and make my mornings worthwhile. This establishment is a shining example of what all Dunkin Donuts should be!

Wait time was 15 min in drive thru today and they tried to serve me coffee that was cold. I didn't order iced or cold brewed coffee!!

The place is always clean and the service is always fast. For people who want dozens of donuts, I recommend going early in the morning, as the selection runs out in the evening.
