Every time I go there there is a problem.  First of all they take your order at the menu board but don't ring it in. By the time you get to the window they have no clue what you have ordered. It happens every time.  This time was no different.  They got my size of coffee wrong.  I made them remake it. Then he takes my card and charges me.  I had ordered two doughnuts as well. I asked for my doughnuts and he said "oh sorry sir we did not charge for those" and just stared at me. He didn't offer to get them or even charge me again which would have been fine. He just stared at me like hurry up move along!
Very poor customer service, very poor management.  I will not return. I purposely go to the one in Downers grove. They seem to have a better management team.

Be careful on the drive-tru! The curb by the window is so close that you will scratch your rims if you are not careful! Whoever engineered this curb is an IDIOT! 😣😣😣😣😵😵😵😵

Recently moved to the area and we have visited this location several times over the past couple weeks. We go through the drive-thru in the morning and they are always very quick and super friendly. My husband got breakfast burritos last week and they were tasty. Normally we just get an iced coffee and a donut each, so nothing complicated, and we've never had issues. Love the strawberry shortcake croissant donuts right now.  *edited to add, I have been back a few times recently, about 5 visits and had issues the past 2 times. Make sure to check your order before you pull away!
