I work afternoon shift, so when I got off work and got DD it was 3:55am. I walked up to the counter and employee Bre said we open at 4. I said ok I can wait. By the time Bre finished counting her drawer she said if you have the exact amount I can take your order. She started to box it up. Some other lady maybe a manager came over started yelling at Bre and told me she has other things to do besides wait on me. I canceled my order and said I'll go somewhere else said woman said good go somewhere else. So I contacted DD corporate and was told they will look into it. Then the regional manager contacted me and offered free doughnuts. I said no thanks keep them I won't be back.  Then today he e mails me offering a 10.00 gift card. I don't want your free doughnuts I don't want your gift card. I want to go into a restaurant and be treated with respect. I you just want a cup of coffee and a doughnut then this place will sell it to you. But for me I will never go back there again. Why has poor service become the norm?

Probably half a dozen times now received Luke warm coffee.

Revisited 10/7. Coffee still cold. Never again.

Always fast and drinks and donuts are always good.

Definitely improving since opening...workers need to realize when someone is at the counter. They have all focus directed at the drive thru.  People that work at the BP joke about this. When customers walk to the counter they are invisible.

My latte was room temperature. I'm not exaggerating here; I was on my way to fieldwork and happen to have a thermometer. The coffee was 72 degrees within two minutes of ordering. Unfortunately I didn't have time to go back. The woman who rang me out also put my chocolate frosted donut upside down in the bag and all the chocolate stuck to the bag, which was sad. I usually like Dunkin Donuts but this location is no good. 

I find it really disappointing when restaurants don't hold themselves to a higher standard because they know their customers are ordering to go and won't be able to complain.
