Horrible! You’re better off going to Greenville, 5 minutes further out of the way and you’ll still get your order quicker. Drive-thru is always backed up, not just during “peak times”. They ALWAYS screw up something on the order. The “crew” has no effing clue on what they’re doing. When you try and correct an issue you get an attitude from hell. I didn’t even get a receipt for my order today! I get it, they’re fairly new... but all this time later the bugs should’ve been worked out by now. Today was the last chance I was giving this place. SHUT IT DOWN!

Quality food & drink but definitely not fast food at all. No sense of urgency. I was the only person inside & stood at the counter for a full 2 minutes before I was acknowledged and there was 5 employees (that I could see) Then my 2 sandwiches & 1 drink took forever. I'll go back cause it's close to home but I  know from past experience not to ever go here if I'm in a hurry.

The first time I walked into this establishment was right after they were newly open. I stood in line inside waiting for someone to take my order, I was the only one in line. After 5 minutes of people looking at me and not waiting on me, I walked out. I chalked it up to the newness and have been back multiple time since. No problems with service after that one incident. Quick service and pretty clean but the flies while eating there are a bit bothersome.

They always make my drink perfectly like champs 👌
 But I've never gotten my sandwich made right and I order sandwiches that are as basic as I am. 💁🏻 Today I ordered the turkey, bacon cheddar on ciabatta and it was made right minus the meat. It had sausage and bacon which are two pig meats that just don't taste right together 😜

I always try to go to another DD when possible even though this one is the one on my way. They are supper supper slow and have messed up my order on several occasions. They also charge more than the DD at the Global station and today used my free beverage coupon on the wrong beverage and charged me for the one that should have been free!
