Customer service is fine. It's the owners and management. I go there allot and every single time they are always out of what I get. If I go all seven days of the week they might have chicken salad like once. It's not how a business should be ran. If you know something sells allot order more of it. But seems like they can't. I've finally had enough and will not be going back to them.

Nice and clean coffee shop. Elexus, the shift manager was great. Coffee hot and fresh. My new go to “work office” away from the office.

They are the absolute worst. They are out of a minimum of 1 thing every time I try and go here and get stuff for work. A minimum. Even after calling corporate and notifying them of the mediocre management, nothing has changed. I want to spend my money here and they literally don't have the items to allow that to happen. I'll go to Starbucks instead from now on.

The person taking our order was RUDE. continued to cut us off. Told my husband that it was too late to add and or change the order because she already started the hot coffee. All we wanted were too iced coffees. She cut him off the entire time and then had the nerve to not even know if there was a happy hour. We asked "hey are you guys doing happy hour?" Her response was yeah, I guess so! WORST SERVICE EVER! I stopped going to Starbucks because the coffee at Dunkin was great but I guess u can't get great coffee and great service unless u go to Starbucks!

Out of a few coffee flavors apparently only the ones I wanted said they couldn't make any sandwiches or anything hot tried pushing doughnuts on customers who already said they didn't want them I will never visit another Dunkin after this horrible visit
