Went in and staff didn't acknowledge us speaking and they didn't say thank you. To top it off they forgot part of our order. The food that we got was good though.

Tried to charge me 9 dollars for a medium expresso drink. Literally charged me 4 dollars because of almond milk. Will not be returning

I love doughnuts and they're coffee sweetend to diabetes by 40 status.  All thumbs up.  It's clean too.

A very frustrating Dunkin' Donuts. Is almost always out of a ton of bagels/donuts. Usually I have to try 3 to 4 different choices before I land on one they have. The service is usually pretty friendly,  which is nice, but it is also incredibly slow and inaccurate. If you order a bagel sandwich it will probably take 5-10 minutes. Several times the bagel has been scorched black or the sandwich has an ingredient missing. The last time I brought back a scorched bagel sandwich all they could offer me was free hashbrowns instead of a refund. Not the worst DD in the world, but if there was another option nearby I'd be there in a heartbeat.
