What happened??? This location was great, but has completely fallen apart. Lines are ridiculously long and slow, my order is almost always wrong and one of the young ladies who works inside in the morning is incredibly rude.

I love this location, Great Coffee! Always prompt, very attentive & courteous. A big special "Thank You" to miss Neisha for always going above and beyond when it comes to Customer Service.

Customer service is horrible, there not professional at all. my order gets messed up almost every time, there coolata's taste really watery, a heated muffin isn't heated ect.. And instead of saying sorry and fixing it,  they argue with u!! I use to go a couple of times a week,  but because of the way I'm treated I'll go every once in a while,  I wish there was another dunkin, so I didn't have to go to this location at all.  What's sad is the managers that I spoke with after was just as rude😕😕

This Dunkin is brand new and the lobby is really clean and well kept. As for the food it's just like any other Dunkin. The coffee is good, the donuts and good, and the few sandwiches they have are good too. They also accept NFC payments/tap and pay.

Holy smokes.... Hands down the best sweet tea around, just saying, though not having powdered doughnuts kinda is a bummer, the sweet tea really made up for it
