This is one of the best DDs I've been to. My spouse and I go here daily to the point that they have memorized our faces and orders. The staff is amazing and always extremely friendly and will ask about the both of us if we don't show up together. Fantastic management and employees.

The guy in the drive through got my drink wrong..simple fix no big deal. First off no apology (or any kind of sincere emotion) and he told me my car engine was too loud and he couldn't hear me. My engine is quiet number one. Number two a plane was going above and I told him that. I was polite the whole time. My friend was in the car and even confirmed to him yes i did say caramel latte not mocha.  He even repeated me on the speaker. 

Straight to the point, he didn't apologize and implied it was my fault. Customer service you don't do that. I was even nice the entire time. You lost a customer who comes three times a week!

This place had no toilet paper and an ancient  hands dryer that barely worked. To my knowledge, they didn't address the issue. I was not very excited about getting anything to eat or drink, but did anyway. The smoothy was okay, but I didn't really care for it. The experience was really blah.

Absolutely the worst quality product in the area. Slow staff and service. Only dunkin I can say I will never go back to.

WORST SERVICE, YOU CANT UNDERSTAND ANYONE WHO WORKS HERE AND WHEN YOU GO THREW THE DRIVE THRU GOOD LUCK IF YOU GET YOUR ORDER RIGHT BC THEIR MACHINE OR HEADPHONES ARE TERRIBLE, SO BOUT 4 TIMES IVE ORDERED FROM THERE I GET EITHER THE WRONG ORDER OR EXTRA STUFF OR NOT THE RIGHT AMOUNT OF THINGS SO I HAD TO STOP GOING...
