Today is May 21st and wifeys coffee is a good one!! I'd say lately the coffee has been wrong more than correct. Maybe burnt or stale maybe 3 out of 6 days. Each attempt to get an extra toasted bagel has resulted in being barely warm... We used to come here daily and the staff was awesome and our orders we're always correct. All in all, everyone is very nice

Medway has 2 Dunkin Donuts and this one is much better service.

I went in twice in two days for a Cappuccino. First time it was a Latte. Steamed milk and no foam on top. Second time when I asked for extra foam, as I have in other DDs, I was told there is only one way to make it. After arguing with the cashier, the person making the Cappuccino failed to add the sweetener as I requested and the cashier put the wrong muffin in the bag. Forget the foam, nothing else was done properly either. I won’t be back.

This Dunks is my favorite because they consistently make my coffee just the way I want it. I can't say that about the other Dunks in the area and so I'll go out of my way - including passing other Dunkin' Donuts - to get to this one! I rely upon their drive-thru experience and they always get customers through it efficiently (this is another thing I can't say about other local Dunkin' Donuts locations).
