Me and my partner visited this establishment 5/28/22 at around 10:50pm. The woman serving us made the BEST iced caramel latte we've ever had!! We would definitely recommend anyone go here! Although its not in the best area, this dunkin donuts truly knows how to make an amazing drink!

Just spend the worst $40 of my life there was nothing good about my order except the donuts, my bagel was not supposed to be toasted and it was burnt and jacked up, bagel minis were iced cold and stale and the two coffees tasted like tar. The worst experience ever going to a Dunkin’. There was one two workers and the system was down so you can only do online orders.

Should be zero, nasty and unprofessional people work there especially Keke, need home training and very rude, I hope you don't kiss you mother with that mouth!Food: 1/5

Literally I order from the app I came to the store just my coffee was ready, I wait for my bacon sandwich and I grabbed the receipt to see my order cause I thought they forget my sandwich; old white lady came so rude saying don’t take the receipt, then I wait for my sandwich and I grabbed the receipt cause I don’t want be mixed with other receipt so she came back with my sandwich and she drop my sandwich like nothing saying don’t take the receipt. Why she can’t explain the situation?.

It was 3 times already. Miss my orders and I am done. Don’t pay over there. I have 2 receipts and my name on there. They throw it trash and miss my items. I’m not buying it anymore. Bye

Coffee is always done right and blazing hot and the lid is always properly put  on...The food is good for a quick bite on the run...The atmosphere and workers are so nice and respectful...Definitely one of the bettet Dunkin' s in the city Food: 5/5

Ordered a bagel and you can taste the grease from whatever order was made before mines. Also the short Caucasian lady that cooks the food was very very rude. She definitely needs customer service training.Food: 2/5

I asked for midnight brew coffee and was told it was old, so I asked the lady if she could make another pot. She said yes and picked up a filter.  She gave me the coffee and I didn't notice the cup was warm not hot. Shame on me. She sold me an old warm midnight brew coffee. This place is not to be trusted. The employee who waited on me decided me and sold me something I didn't ask for or would knowingly pay for.

Filthy.  Tables had you sticking to them.  Total dump. Would not dare eat food from there. I had a  and bounced.  Nasty place. Homeless out front begging for   to get high with and shady ppl all around.  Never again. DUMPIN DONUTS is more like it .Food: 1/5

I always come to this location because I never have a problem with the coffee I get. Only besides one instance my coffee has been perfect. I never really have to wait very long to get my drinks. There is no dining inside.
