I love this location it's amazing ,it makes me proude ,it has great customers service than those other DD they act like "they own the coffee its there culture an money ",lol come on yall know what im talkinh bout lol located on Sutter ave  and bus Brownsville NY!Food: 5/5

Went inside to buy donuts they refuse to wash their hands after taking money from customers. Again they became rude and obnoxious the male worker came from the back and began arguing with me then the nasty manager said to me "they don't have to wash their hands its courtesy" he than told me to get out the store and called the police on me. I was aggressively pushed by a officer. Because its in a neighborhood with brown people the Manager feels that we are dirty people that his workers don't have to wash their hands or use glove. The Manager is very rude just like his employees and doesn't respect the people in the neighborhood. I advise not eat there. They need to be shut down! I guarantee that if you go the cashier don't have gloves on after taking money from others. Instead of apologizing to the customers the Manager obviously agrees to the unsanitary behavior of his employees especially towards Brown people. If you ask to follow sanitary behavior the Manager will call the cops and tell them that you gave a gun and 8 police cars will come in a matter of 1 minute like what happened the me. All because I asked if they could wash their hands and us gloves. The Manager is a racist along with his workers. Notice there are no Brown people working there. Let's stop supporting these disrespectful racist!

Cashier was too busy on the phone. I don’t remember her name, but she had a black mark on her face. Instead of taking my order, she was busy on her phone. I was waiting and it’s fire she doesn’t see me. I called say saying “hi” she totally ignored, then someone else came. She still didn’t start taking order order. She then went inside, came back, and took the order. So unprofessional!

I Brought A Bkfast sandwich, it cost 6$, but it was good. I felt safe, A White Shirt came in with 2,officers.. I just wish it was More Bacon on my 6$, SandwichFood: 4/5

THIS ESTABLISHMENT AWFUL!  I WENT TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT YESTERDAY AND PAID FOR MY ITEM WITH APPLE PAY, AND THE CASHIER TOLD ME THAT MY CARD INFORMATION WAS NOT ACCEPTED! BECAUSE IT STATED THAT IT WAS PENDING! EVEN THOUGH THE TRANSACTION WAS PENDING THE MONEY WAS STILL TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT!  SO DUE TO THE FACT THAT THE TRANSACTION WAS PENDING I COULD NOT RECEIVE MY MERCHANDISE THAT I PAID FOR.  I WILL NOT GO TO THIS DUNKIN EVER AGAIN IN MY LIFE. THIS ESTABLISHMENT NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN

The donuts were good, too much of the staff don't speak or understand English which is frustrating which makes the line long. The place is mostly clean but too many undesirables out front make you not want o go in.Food: 5/5
