I bought a med ice sweet foam cold and brew with oat milk, it was full of ice and dark. I asked one of the ladies to put a little more milk and her response was  that she was busy and that I needed to pay extra for the milk.  There was no one there at the time and she walked away from me. Very disrespectful.

Like your everyday dunkin. Nothing special. Store is usually clean. The staff has been polite and friendly. I only use the on the go ordering. Its correct most of the time but like another reviewer said if they dont have it they just omit it. They dont even tell you they do. You have to bring it up to them. Other locations I've used do tell you and try to find an equivalent replacement. Will continue  to go here when in the area

Terrible customer service. The guy forgot my food this morning and got an attitude because he skipped me and told me to wait.  I love DD, however their customer service was horrible.  I walked out after I paid.Food: 4/5

Not crowded at all. Clean. Quick service. 4 stars because I asked for decaf and when I checked with the guy who delivered it to me about 30 seconds later, he delivered regular. Not sure it it was him or the cashier who made the mistake, but they had it fixed immediately and I was out the door less than a minute later.

Tasty, fast & great employees       high marks! Only problem is the food was a lil cold... next time I get the timing better with the app.... highly recommended Food: 5/5

Always long slow lines. I agree that it's hard to get someone who speaks and understands English well. All ESL workers but   mgr tries with them. He's generally very nice and works hard. If it's busy, he's out there. Great donuts of course.

Always super crowded and even if you order online it takes forever to get your order ready. Friendly staff !Recommended dishesHash Browns, Sausage Egg and Cheese, Donuts

Not a bad location. Check your to go order though. Multiple times I've had items replaced without telling me, or just outright omitted. I don't know who thought that was a smart idea. It's a pain to get your money back afterwards through the app when the store never gave you your full order
