This Dunkin sucks, every morning I’ll put in a mobile order and the employees must not read the orders while making them because the order is always incorrect or missing something. Staff is always on their phone and give you messy coffee cups dripping coffee all over, it’s not like this location is extremely busy for them to be performing this poorly.
I love dunkin doughnuts, not a big fan of this place couldn’t get on line and they only do senior discount on Mondays, not coming back here

I love how it’s so close to my apartment and I can just walk there, but they don’t always have my favorite drink which is Frozen Hot Chocolate. They say they don’t have the powder sometimes which is disappointing. But I’m not hating I love this place still!

I tried one. I did not like it. The bread was not toasted and there was a piece of paper in the sandwich. The kind of paper you use to separate cheese slices. I did not think it was possible to screw up grilled cheese. That was my experience.
This is a Dunkin donuts that I often visit. I went in and about a quarter to 9:00 at night. I thought maybe I could sit till 9 o'clock but that didn't happen. The attendant had to lock the door at 8:50, thus rushed me out. I will say my Ice T was good and my donuts were decent. The music was so loud that I asked the attendant to lower its while I had 5 minutes to have a donut and she gave me some lame excuse, the excuse that I had to leave because she had a lock the door. What a joke!

I bought ice latte,and it was filled with ice to the room,with room for only 2 sips, really unfair,because the lady did not fill it oroperly,and out too much ice, she couldn't do anything about it. poor quality drinks, need much better service.and I needed it because I drive for a living.
the worst staff in the NY no uniform , no gloves, no head big ugly attitude they mess up your order i when there 10 times i got 7 times wrong coffee and wrong food very very unprofessional. the last time i complained about my order they call police and made false accusation don't go there, don't go there don't waist time and money
