Not the best service. SLOW. Staff dont seem very enthused to be there. 2023 update- Staff there are unable to assist with Dunkin App offers. They simply just shrug there shoulders and not help at all.

I ordered a half dozen donuts 3 glaze, 2 Boston cream, 1 jelly filled. I DID NOT GET ANYTHING I ORDERED! I only received 5 donuts and they were hard NOT fresh, the cake donuts especially. Never again.:

Can anyone read the label? Clearly specifies Hot...and I get cold. I ordered through the app since the person picking it up is shy about their English but...guess I just poured 4 dollars down the drain.

Fast and friendly service and a pretty clean store.

Yesterday i stopped in and ask for a lg coffee with 2 shots of flavor and a bagel with butter. The girl waiting on me does not speak english. Another girl has to help her. The receipt says toasted bagel which is not what i wanted. Also Coffee only has 1 shot of flavor.  This is still America and we shouldn't need a constitutional amendment to know English is the official language.

Parking lot and drive thru woes. Great customer service.

Got a coffee drink for my son. I had ice cream from baskin robbins and my other son had a donut. They didn't have the donut my daughter wanted. Service was good. Really like the outdoor seating area during the nice weather.
