the absolute worst dunkin. the drinks are never consistent, you wait 20+ minutes for a drink and dont be surprised if you find long hairs in your coffee! every time i decide to try this location again i’m reminded why i dont come here.
For some reason the coffee in this particular D&D store in New Rochelle is the best. The taste of the coffee is outstanding . I have been to many different stores and the quality in this store is way above the other ones I have been too.
We have ordered multiple times from this location since this is the only DD near our house. I normally don’t rate any places but this place had got on my last nerve. We had ordered a bacon avocado toast, when I opened it and I didn’t see any bacon not the first they had done it to me. My husband ordered 3 egg and bacon sandwich on toasted croissant, then we realized they were only lukewarm and not toasted I waited for more then 5 mins at the store, we used Mobile app to order. We also ordered 10 mix munchkins for our kids, first we only got 8 in total and they only mixed 2 flavors but they have all flavors available noticed while I was waiting. One of my daughters only likes the one that has Jelly filling and that was not in there and We had to hear all the crying in the car. Normally I checked my orders but we were in a rush so I rushed out of the store as soon as I got my order. The place is clean but their staff need to put their actions together and be more mindful with what they are doing.
This place has horrible service, they never make the coffee correct amd when you give it back to them because it's either too light or it's too dark it seems to be a problem, they love to show you the attitude. Updated : I went in and was refused service..asked if i can redeem a free sndwich on my app but would like to redeem it through the register, they refused to accept it......will be contacting corporate..
Service was good the day I was there. The lady at the counter spoke good English. Got my order right, was ready in a timely manner. Bathroom could use a cleaning, the rest of the restaurant looked clean.
The working staff for the most part are friendly, but they constantly incorrectly make orders, regardless of if they are ordered in store or through the mobile app. The managers at this particular location are rather rude. I had a manager berate me for asking for an order to be remade after being given completely different items than what was selected for my order on the app, even though the label on the bag my order was handed to me in clearly had my correct order marked on it and I was told that I probably didn't know how to order properly, even though clearly by the sticker printed on the bag my order was submitted exactly as I wanted it. The wait times, even during non busy hours, for orders to be ready are incredibly long as the workers tend to talk amongst each other. I do not believe in the months that I used this location for ordering breakfast before work or lunch during a break that I have received the item I ordered as it should be from the start, I almost always have to deal with an incorrect item or ask for a remake or replacement. I've begun to drive more than double the distance now to go to another Dunkin location purely because the time spent waiting for orders to be corrected here takes longer than the additional driving time to the next closest location.

What happened to service with a smile? …. And am I the only customer who thinks business owners don’t care about the customers anymore?. I just visited this store and was served by the most ignorant assistant. Told her what I required, and she ended up giving me half the order. When I asked for the other half she looked at me like I was irritating her. No thank you….no have a nice day, nothing. Only wish I could give the store a zero. Never again
I went to this particular franchise this past Tuesday. I waited to be served. One of the workers whose name begins with an “F” was sorting something. She looked up at me and proceeded to continue sorting. I waited again until one of the gentlemen proceeded to take my order. The aforementioned lady then came to the register. I guess I took too long to get the money from my wallet because she left the register and continued sorting. Her rudeness was such a turn-off that I refuse to patronize this establishment anymore. There are other franchises that will treat me more politely and will gladly take my money.
Never fresh! I have no clue why this location always has customers as everytime we have gone here, no matter what day of the week or time, the donuts are NEVER FRESH! We are going to stick to Granny’s going forward.
