I've been cong here since it opened a few years ago.  It used to be fast, friendly service. Just visited yesterday after a couple of months. I guess if you come here after 12pm until close you'd have to order on the kiosk and pay with a card. This is fine for younger people and people that know how to use it. But if you're and older older person a ND don't know how to use it, you're stuck.  An older person was there yesterday and didn't know how to use the kiosk and not one employee offered to help him. I was going to help h but he walked out. Anyhow I ordered 2 coffees and 2 muffins and it took 15inutes to get it. When there were only 2 people ahead of me.  I will not be returning here.

Worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been too. Ordered coffee, and requested the staff to please make it extra hot for me, but they ignored the request and it was barely warm. Also got mini stuffed bagels that were cold

Always very friendly people. You can usually meet some interesting and friendly characters. Either customers or behind the counter. The coffee is good and the old-fashioned donuts are pretty good. It's just a nice place to stop if you're nearby  not spend too much money  Parking: It almost always has parking available

Workers are incredibly slow, don’t know how to operate the cash register, and they ask you to repeat your order three times. I waited for a small hot coffee for almost ten minutes while one of the workers was standing around in the back, and the other was making a bagel sandwich at a snails pace while customers were lining up at the register to order.

I came here 3 times already,  already had 3 bad experience.  I don't like to write reviews on the 1st experience. I know people could have bad days. You'll have bad days. This last time I just ordered a simple coff with the croissant. Someone took my coffee. When I got Croissant. It happens. They said they call my name 3 times even though they never got my name. But very rudely, they gave me my coffee. I like Dunkin, but not this location.

Worst DD in town. Order here if you want to waist your morning waiting for a coffee. Rude stuff and very slow

I came into the store with my girlfriend and the service well service wasn't even there i waited almost 20 mins waiting for an employee to help and noticed the girl sitting down get up go to work and not even ask us for help you just went to the back and never came out horrible staff and i noticed the blueberry muffin was molded terrible quality and terrible service America does not run on this dunkin!

Love eating there!! We arrived early in the morning so everything was very fresh and delicious.  The service was fast and good.  The only thing that upset me is that I always order a grilled cheese sandwich and it always comes in a very specific way.  white square bread fried with butter and  ‏cheddar chees melted inside.  this time I just got 2 slices of weird whole grain bread with cheese and it really was not  As I am used to and was much less delicious.

I was on my way to work when I decided to stop by and get a medium roast. The staff were friendly and the outside/inside of the Dunkin' was  very clean. It was my first time here and I would definitely be coming back.  Thank you!
