The person in charge of making the sandwiches is not careful with cleanliness, he dropped the light bread, she picked it up but didn't throw it away!, and with those same gloves she made the one that would be for me! Luckily he was looking at her and when I told her that she wanted another one she made a face and got very upset. Her gloves were torn, they were disgusting and looked dirty, I also let her know that she should change gloves, she just turned away, the gentlemen who were there didn't even let me say what was happening and of course the one who made the sandwich was the one who took the orders. Of course, according to them, they caught the lady's attention, but to return to this place it is better to be inside looking than to wait in the car, one pays for the food, at least they must be clean in this, not just wanting to sell! for business...
Myself and a blind friend went in to get frozen coffee. He couldn't see but had the app. Was trying to pay for something on the app, and it was taking a long time. However, the cashier was patient at first and then went and got the manager. He yelled at us to hurry up because their was one other person behind us waiting to order. I told him I was there to assist my blind friend and if he could be patient. He continued to get upset and yelled for us to move. My blind friend ended up just paying cash instead of using his Dunkin Donuts card to pay for his coffee. I refuse my coffee because I feel they ....he, the manager could have been a lot more patient as his customer was blind and was having trouble working the app.
Doughnuts is dry and stale or not fresh enough for wat they charge per doughnut.... But the coffee is okFood: 3/5
I arrived to Dunkin on Monday Oct 16 at around 5:30 pm if im not mistaking, and I ordered a medium iced coffee and munchkins. On the Dunkin app you get free coffee on Mondays with a minimum purchase of a dollar, now I admit that I was late saying that I was using the app for the free coffee but they hadn’t even made the coffee or bagged the munchkins yet because when I got to the window I had to reorder what I was trying to get, which made me forget to say im using the app. After he told me the amount O gave him a $50 bill and then I told him I want to use the app, he tells me no I can get it next time. So I asked why next time why not now ? He said cause I waited too late. Another male employee walked to the window to see what the fuss was about he also told me I can’t use the app, so I asked for my money back HE TOLD ME NO ! How can you tell me I can’t get my money back for a coffee and donuts you didn't even make yet ? I repeated my myself again and said give me my money back in a more serious tone he told me no and don’t come back here no more. I literally almost had to get out my car to get my money back. That is very unacceptable and I will be reaching out to corporate because I will not be disrespected on no circumstances !
First and last visit. The drive thru is awkwardly situated. This location is nestled within a neighborhood. 1 star rating due to lack of product knowledge from staff. I ask for a decaf latte....I was told Dunkin doesn't have decaf options ...i proceed to explain to the drive thru operator, that I just had a decaf pumpkin latte yesterday from another Dunkin location...now i don't know who to believe! I'll just stick with the competitors! I would not recommend Dunkin for decaf beverages.
Today, just now, when I pulled up to drive thru, line is in the street, Loomis. I got out for walk in, female employee locked door after allow 1 customer in. When I asked, it was a pick up order. Stated there should be a sign on the door, and proceeded to walk in. The male employee said he wasn't going to wait on me. As the female employee didn't lock the door after me, 3 additional customers entered and were ignored, even though the female employee saw us. After a few minutes, with a stern voice, informed the employees that there were 4 customers waiting for service. Which the female employee began to take our orders. The male employee? locked the door. Coffee is good however service is unacceptable. Employees call off, call employees, hire reliable employees.
Locked the doors even though it was during day time? I’m Sure it’s due to them being racist
The food and drinks from this place are perfectly fine & the staff is very nice the problem is the horrible drive-through design which blocks the side street completely. Then they keep the inside locked so you can't even run inside. Good coffee though it's always on point.Food: 4/5
Store is falling apart and they're charging $.99 for drinks that supposed to come with whipped cream. Not to mention their attitudes always are rude.Food: 1/5
This is the closest DD to my home but I intentionally bypass it because of the chronically poor, rude service. I have lived in the area for MANY years and have seen the management of this location pass hands MANY times. Even after not visiting in almost a year because of the poor service; I tried it today out of convenience and nothing has changed. I'm not sure if it's a cultural thing but customer service should be universal. Here it is NOT! PERIOD! I will not be going back. I'll continue to travel further for proper customer service. This location needs to be evaluated even if they are an independent entity; they're carrying the DD name.
