Today for the first time I personally met racist, I guess she is new employee never seen her before and I bet she serve other ethnicity in same garbage way!!! She was rude while taking order. At the end were showing her dirty ugly middle fingers . Oh my God I don’t know who hired her but for sure she is not suppose to work with humans even with animals. I feel sorry for the business owner because they will loose their customers. No one wants to be treated in garbage way, especially in the morning. We all want to start our day with fresh coffee and donuts, and smile of Dunkin’ Donuts stuff members. I hope I won’t see her again especially in the morning. Thanks to the Afro American unfortunately I don’t know her name, very kind lady that lady who gave us refund and said sorry by offering coffee. Let’s be kind to each other.

there use to be a super rude and racist employee who ignored the customers and argued with you if you asked for a straw etc etc.   So i didnt go for awhile but now i go a couple of times a week and have not seen her. And the current staff are very fast and very friendly.   Just a bit of a wait when there are busy .

They are so sweet! I love the staff so kind everytime I come.

Worst employees ever. I understand there’s a staff issue at many establishments but these two terrible girls were lazy, rude, talked back when they messed up my coffee, refused to get a manager, and then decided to shut the window on us and threatened to call the police. Lucky for me, my cousin works for Dunkin corporate and I have made my contacts. Will be pursuing this further.

Took 20$ of food and still was asked to pay for a cup of water .. super bad service , this store needs some training on how to behave with people .

I love Dunkin Donuts and am a Dunkin Donuts fan for life. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is my last visit, when I ordered the signature Pumpkin Spice Latte iced it looked like they barely put any actual coffee in it and it didn't taste as good as it usually does. Definitely not a deterrent for future visits, I will always give my money to Dunkin, ESPECIALLY over Starbucks. People have bad days, it is what it is.

Arrived 7:25 AM for drive through with 3 cars ahead of me to reach the order board. It took 17 minutes to get a coffee.  Yesterday was over 10 minutes.  If you are in a hurry, this location is not a good choice.
