I generally love DD coffee and bagels and the service is usually decent. It is also a good local place to meet because they don't kick you out and it is quiet. The menu and choices are worse than five or ten years ago. There are less bagel choices and they dropped the low cal cream cheese which I always bought. Also every DD should have chocolate croissants and butter pecan coffee ALL THE TIME. I often only get coupons for out of the way or far away DDs.

Donuts were good, we got there late so they were not fresh, but they were good.

Drive thru was busy... But my pumpkins drinks were perfect and yummy...Food: 5/5

Very poor quality Donuts. Seems like they're never fresh. Coffee is always hit-and-miss. One day stronger than anything. The next day taste like water.

Small location, not so busy so I decided that's the one I would stop at before work. Horrible idea. I had to have my food remade three times because of the quality. Then I was told its because some items are prepared by someone the night before....and that's just how it is. Burnt food?! Hopefully that shift manager from today  can start demanding better quality since the overall experience and presentation is lacking compared to MANY other locations.

Usually my favorite DD but  lately the drive thru lines are longer and quality is going down. Ordered a medium Charlie cold brew and ice was filled to the rim. Literally a few sips and gone, all ice barely a half of a small in actual coffee. Was in a rush so didn’t bother turning around and waiting again.

They took our order when we pulled up to the window we asked for napkins we ordered 2 cold coffees 1 hot and 2 breakfast sandwiches we paid and she comes back with 2 coffees we tell her you forgot 1 she brings it and window closes where my food a guy comes to the window and says why are you still here waiting on my food are they serious girl brings it and gives dirty looks real professional place and this isn't the first time they take your money and forget stuff. I would never go there again. Bad Service!!!

The best food product was my turkey sausage sandwich on a croissant & it was warm, not hot, scary. My Snackin bacon was burnt & hash brown too dark as though it was cooked in old grease. I am so disappointed that I didn't check my bag. My Strawberry Sundae, well the scoop of ice cream looked as though it was a half scoop it was that small. I wished I had check reviews first. I will not return. I03rd on Cicero is much better. Wasted time & food! DD is not cheap in prices.

Asked for large coffee with cream and 4 Splenda. When it cooled enough to drink, realized they forgot the Splenda even though it was written on the side of the cup correctly

I ordered a large matcha latte and was attempting to finish my order by telling them to substitute almond milk since I'm lactose intolerant. They cut me off with my total and then gave me a cup completely filled to the top with ice. I didn't order heavy ice whatsoever and when I tried to put my straw in, it couldn't fit because of how much ice was in it. I have never left a negative review on any place before, but this really angered me. Also, I was the only car in the drive-thru. I know times are important, especially in the eyes of corporate but just some nicer customer experience would have been appreciated.
