I went for breakfast this morning; the drinks came out nice and fast, food service was very slow.  It seemed like the manager Rose waited to make 5 orders at a time causing food orders to come out every 10 minutes maybe.  There were a few students from Bloomfield College Soccer Team standing around, waiting for their food, when they finally received their food, I stepped forward to ask if that was my croissant which is was, because I asked for it lightly toasted and the back and edges were dark black.  Rose the manager began fussing that I am not supposed to be standing here where the college students just moved from and agreed to make me another bagel while she instructed the gentleman who rang me up to rope off the area where I was standing.  He proceed to pushed the rope along my leg in compliance to his manager.  This place is getting out of hand, service is disgusting!

I love that they have coffee milkshakes.. chocolate & vanilla… the down side to this location is the parking lot… it’s crazy… no one seems to be able to drive.. it’s hard to get in the lot & even harder to get out..

It's one of the two local Dunkin. This location is key to me as it is close to the park and along my route for my morning routines. Sometimes, they are busy in the mornings but are very efficient in processing transactions.

Dunkin has changed a lot went to several this trip and they had no fresh lemons for tea and one didn't even have sugar they were offering up liquid sugar i was done and one was even closed by 8 what happened to 24/7 im glad im a tea drinker SMH!

Nasty nasty girl working there today 4/18 at 4:30pm.  Serving customers but bathroom closed. I don’t think the board of health would allow that. Was told that my 5 year old daughter had to go to the laundromat to use the bathroom, after I ordered $20 in food. Was told bathrooms closed for Covid. 5 year old girl not allowed to use the bathroom. Here’s some advice from one business owner to another. Open your bathroom, if your serving customers inside.  Its not worth the bad review. And fire the nasty counter girl.

Worst Dunkin by far. Rude cashiers they act like they are doing you a favor. I went in for a coffee. Floors, napkin station and counters dirty. This place is consistently not clean. I will not be back

Food  tasted old and hard. Coffee is never made right. One time they made my coffee with cold milk instead of being hot. This is not the first time this has happened.  I don’t go to this Dunkin anymore and I wouldn’t recommend it.

Terrible service, this place is drastically understaffed, there are flys everywhere. Even if you place an online order it will take them decades to finish it. Most of their employees are the rudest people you’ll encounter. Perhaps they are being paid minimum wage, however they simply seem as though they don’t want to be there. The only reason I didn’t give this place a 1 out of 5 stars is because of their cashier named Valentina. She is the friendliest and politesse employee there. One of the workers messed up my drink and she didn’t hesitate to fix my order despite being busy. She displayed an efficient job well done with an uplifting positive attitude despite being in such a negative toxic environment.

Rude customer service. If we are unable to eat in the location, take down all the signs which explicitly say that we are able to spend up to 20 minutes in the location while enjoying DD products.
