This place was Packed. Caught it after school and it was a madhouse. The workers there managed it well. Kept everything moving fast. Great job.Food: 5/5
We live in the neighborhood and been using this location for a long time however, we plan to avoid this place like a plague. Simply rude and incompetent. We placed an app order for a pick up my our son. When he arrived, nothing available either someone else picked up or never made. Showed the screen shot of the order but they refused to make it claiming "no paper, no paper". He just ordered offline and paid. My wife ran to the store and they kept arguing "no paper, no paper" - whatever that means. Asked for refund and basically got "not our problem so go away and use the app for refund" - asked how to do so as we couldn't find it and they rudely refunded with cash. This is very local business and wish I had another option close by. However, will certain avoid.
Amazing how much of a difference there is between this Dunkin and the rest I’ve ever been too. Food/coffee was super good and customer service was excellent! I had no choice but to write a review!
the shift leader austin delsontro is the best dunkin employee ever. he’s super kind and funny and quick!!! he never disappoints and always has a smile on his face and he’s cute too. keep up the good work austin!!
I placed an online order and when I went to pick it up even though the order was accepted and I had an order number they didn't have the items in stock what's the point of using their app if the stores don't sync their inventory with the online app. This is a critique of the chain's online app, not the individual store that has no control over the app. The management of the store has been very helpful.
I have to preface this by admitting that I am very new to Korean Bbq. That said, as a dining experience this has to rate a five. There was a little language problem but we were greeted warmly and everyone treated us very well. Our waitresses helped us order, told us how much to order, and were friendly and happy. We tried the scallion/seafood pancake, the rib-eye, and the spicy spare-ribs. All were delicious. With these came about a dozen little plates of side dishes and salads. Lots of new and unexplored menu items insures my return.
The best Dunkin around, they are very busy so I always order on the go and walk right past the line and grab my latte. Zits, Bob, Dora and the girl who makes the sandwiches are great. It is always so clean.
Terrible cold brew. Just tastes like water for $4. I would recommend just going down the street to New Providence location where everything I've had has been better quality and is 10-15 cents cheaper anyways.
The worst customer service ever encountered!! On a busy Thursday morning I rushed in to pick up dozen bagels, cream cheese and a box of joe, it took the new lad behind the counter almost 7 minutes to get the order right. I was given a big bag and when I enquired if I had the cups, creamer and the box of joe in the bag? The manager responded curtly everything's in the bag!! I was in hurry and did not check!!! Especially when the manager responded everything is in the bag... guess what when I walk into my early morning event and while setting up the bagels I realize they did not put the box of joe in the bag! So I drive back and when I ask the manager why would he say everything was in the bag he goes I meant the cups, lids etc NOT the box of joe! And he had a rude attitude, when I said this isn't the service I expect after spending $40 he goes we don't care.. am not setting foot in this DD ever again!!
Spacious and comfortable place with good quality of the coffee. It's close to the downtown of Berkeley Heights and very convenient for the people to drop by in the morning or over the weekend.
