The staff at 5:30am was amazing. I have been going through some very difficult times and emotionally illness. I hope there to have a cup or two of coffee, I sit there just to clear my mind. Thank you for having an establishment that is always able to accommodate, someone like myself peace and quiet.
One of the better dunkins in the area. I usually use preorder, and my coffee/food is pretty much always ready when i get there.
Very bad service they try got money in order Pay over again and again
Customer service is absolutely horrible. Waited for about 10 minutes and no one took my order. Hire more people or get faster and efficient employees.
Everytime I come to this Dunkin' Donuts they NEVER have coconut milk!! How can you get a Coconut Refresher if you don't have the coconut milk??!! And the workers never listen to your complete order. There is ALWAYS something wrong with your order.
Picked up my iced tea and it was fast service.
Great service until they hire new staff. Very high turnover. Also my car got broken into in the parking lot I didn’t lock my door, Shame on me , but I didn’t get much help from the manager. I asked if I could see the camera and he told me I need to have the cops with me. Mind you I go every morning. Prier to me telling him he said “let me go check my car”. It was no empathy.
I usually never have any problems with this Dunkin. My order is always correct and never wait more than a couple minutes for it, coming from someone who goes closer to 7am in the morning. The staff is always nice as well.
Always making mistake with your food not happy about that especial when you go home and you go get the right order thats not a nice feeling double check guys.
Worst coffee i ever had. I Ordered medium black coffee and i got almost water with little bit of coffee color. It was not even busy morning. I could have got better coffee in deli in half price they were charging.
