When I got my strawberry milkshake it was amazing but getting to order it was an experience. The ordering process wasn't clear to me and subsequently a few people that came in after me were taken care of before me. Not a deal breaker. I would try them againFood: 3/5

Good drinks but the service takes extremely long. The person long behind me got her order before mines. It took about 18 minutes to finish my order of 2 drinks.

I'm a regular customer and tonight the hours on website state they close at 10pm. I walk in at 9:25pm and the man behind the ice cream part is rushing me while closing the lids on all the ice cream. As I told him and I'll say it here...I will go somewhere else and this place will NEVER receive my business again. Just a terrible worker and rude. And all of us customers should stick to our guns and stay away from businesses that treat good paying customers poorly.

One of the worst Dunkin' ever. And the price is high too compared to the nearest other Dunkin’  shops. Employees are always speaking Hindi

The place is conveniently located. Parking is average. The place is generally clean. The staff overall is pleasant but some of them have a desperate need for customer service classes. For example when I asked for little cream cheese I got a whole block of cream cheeses smothered on my bagel. Not done intentionally but done because of lack of  not awareness of meeting customer expectations.

I'm a regular customer and I ordered two drinks for $8 and I then asked for a small cup of water, the cashier proceeded to charge me for a donut and I asked why are you charging me for a donut, do you charge for water? He said yes and I told him to take it off. No establishment should be charging for a small cup of water, especially on a hot day. I spoke to the manager, Mohammad Aziz, and he refused to give me the owner phone number and had an attitude.

Been coming here for years since we live in Albertson. Gave them several chances but some of the staff specifically this one particular Indian male continues to be rude and unprofessional - won’t be coming any longer

Easy to see right off of Willis Avenue servicing Albertson and the adjoining areas of Nassau County.   Parking on the Street is available.   Clean facilities.   Public Restroom.   Not open 24 hours.   Credit cards accepted.  We will most likely be going back.
