I enjoy Dunkin's croissant sandwiches and really love their Hash browns. This location is a bit tricky with the drive-through. When you enter, you have to immediately go right, and the speaker is right there on your left, so it's a bit of difficult navigation. I thought I could drive around the drive-through and come upon it from the other direction, but there was no driving around... I was at the payment/pickup window without ever having placed an order. They were very nice about my predicament and helped me with my order, so kudos to the team for that.

Absolutely amazing.. another Dunkin made my latte wrong and I stopped here to see if they could fix it for me as I didn't want to go back to the one that put the coconut flavor shot in my cocoamocha latte for those that don't know a cocoamocha latte is mocha syrup topped with whipped cream hot cocoa powder and chocolate drizzlewhen I walked in I was happily greeted by Vic. I asked if there was anyway she could remake it for me , she said absolutely. Kerri came over to let me know they didn't have oatmilk and to ask if I wanted almond milk instead I asked if it tasted like almonds and she said no it's more of a vanilla flavor then almond and she asked if I wanted to try it to be sure  I said yes please. She was absolutely amazing. Her and Vic both did an awesome job even with my slight attitude because I was upset... This is now my go to location. Thank you ladies. Your kindness made my whole morning. See you ladies Tomorrow!!

Waited over 15 minutes for a standard sandwich…. What made it worse is that I watched multiple people come in AFTER me and get their orders sandwiches & drinks, which I found ridiculous since I was told drive thru was backed up .

All but the plain donut s were great. Coffee was acceptable. Service was nice and fast!Food: 4/5

i worked here and i have never been treated so unfairly and been so disrespected and used up at a job that pays minumum wage not even mentioning all of the extra tasks that I did for the lazy terrible managers.  by far the worst dunkin to have any affiliation with, whether your a customer or employee.  it is much more worth it to go across the street and waste a few extra minutes of your time and a few extra dollars at starbucks…

I gave them a four because the staff are always nice. The company needs to teach the staff how to make better drinks.

Waited 15 min then found out they gave my sandwich to someone in the drive through when I was inside. Total disorganization. People need to read labels! They could have at least offered it free at that rate.

No customer service. Messed up two very simple coffee orders. The employees get upset/rude when you bring back the coffee to be made the way you ordered it. Please give these employees some proper training on customer service.
