This is the best location that I have visited! Consistently professional and excellent service. Food and drinks are made quickly.  Parking: Great place to park, grab and go though I wish it was a drive thru.

This was truly a best experience for me.    I walked in to get a bite to eat and a coffee,  young man was placing his order before me and the cashier asked him was there anything else and the young man said whatever she wants.!! I almost cried.  Love people who are blessed and they bless others in return.   God bless all.    By the way everything was just the way I wanted it

Received the most stellar this evening from a young man at this location 10-19-21 @ 8:30 pm! Superb customer service and the offerings at this store are ALWAYS fresh! Please train the location on Fairburn Rd. … show them how it’s done!

4 time's I told the mgn I wanted mid latte with 2 splender....she said we don't make latte with cream,I never mentioned cream for the latte n when I told her that with a loud voice she slam the window. Not good under pressure loss a customer

Every time I order my coffee on the app which I love the app I get to the store and my order is incorrect. Instead of a hot latte they make a cold one which defeats the purpose of the app if I have to stand in the store and wait for them to remake my drink. This has happened 6 times between both douglasville locations. This morning instead of saying sorry I will remake it the girl says well cold is what most ppl order!!!!

Yesterday I went into DD and met Kris he was doing an excellent Job on the cash register and handing out orders at a store that he doesn’t usually Work at. Kris thanks for your wonderful customer service, you shine bright.

ALMOST everytime I go to this DD. They are very busy! HOWEVER, they always have smiles, they're polite and even if you've had to wait in a line wrapped around the building, they make you feel like it was worth the wait!

Takes a million years to get ice coffee and the customer service is abysmal.  I thought having an easy DD to get in and out of would be nice, but I'd rather fight traffic to get into the DD on hwy 5.

It was okay, if I may be blunt my taste buds were screaming because of coffee it was not so desirable.

Love it. I by pass all other Dunkins just to come here. Love the staff love the Dunkin app and rewards and free drinks you earn with the app.
