I ordered sausage egg and cheese wraps. The wraps were SUPER crunchy and egg was burnt. And I ordered a large iced capp and they put it in a large cup. And basically gave me a small drink. If I wanted a small I would have gotten a small. This ice capp not only happened once. But TWO days in a row. That's just sad. I understand mistakes happen. But how can you do it twice in two days. I added the pictures. And day two there was absolutely no ice in there and an inch of just foam. I even added a picture to show no straw marks in there yet.

Was in Drive Thru tried to order a Frozen coffee with coconut shot and whipped cream which is on the menu. They refused to make it saying coconut is an allergen and the manager said she's not going to make it. So I went to another Location 5 minutes away and got what I wanted. I also purchased this same drink previously from this location.

I absolutely love Dunkin Donuts. I'm there nearly everyday. This was by far the most ratchet Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to  I arrived there about 7:30am and went to use the restroom. How can there be absolutely no toilet paper at 7:30am?? Not one roll of toilet paper there at all. I had to take some out of the women's room and yes nobody was in there lol. They were very busy. That early a line out the door, and wrapped all the way out into the beginning of the driveway. Surprisingly there were cranking things quickly for the customers. A employee was making so much noise in the front during the service sounded like she was smacking a barking sheet on the counter. Then the same woman was talking so loudly about wanting to go get that cigarette break on. Another was being very unprofessional with the comments she made towards a guy in front of me. Having said that after that on my way out the door to go to my vehicle the coffee cup split and the whole cup of coffee went all over the ground. The only thing that made my experience that day was the nice woman who was cashiering. She was so very nice. She apologized for the cup splitting and replaced my coffee. If I knew her name I would have given her props or employee recognition or a raise or all of the above. She is the only reason I gave this location a second star. After reading all of the other dissatisfied customer views of the services this location can professionally turn it  around so if im ever out that way again I would consider going there again.

My favorite Dunkin’ location in Greece. I go every single day. Staff is always friendly and my bagels are always perfectly buttered. That first sip of my iced coffee is always scrumptious. Best $5.22 I spend daily

Great drinks but service is SO slow!

I went to Dunkin today to get my daughter two donuts and a hot chocolate as soon as I left the drive threw and my daughter started drinking the hot chocolate the lid was not secured and poped off and got her leg drenched in hot chocolate,she had just went shopping and the hot chocolate got in her bag  that she had  Just purchased.We also had no napkins to help clean up the mess,none was in the bag and I had no napkins in my car. she now has a burn on her leg.

Usually a minimal wait, they just introduced the online order and grub hub type options so there getting used to the new system but are handling it well in my opinion. The doughnuts are always fresh, sandwiches are 9 out 10 on point. Every once in awhile they might be over cooked or a little hard but always hot. Sometimes too hot lol. But I dont have much to complain about with this location! Good job guys!

been going to this dunkin pretty consistently for a couple months now. most days my order is fine and correct, but pretty frequently it’s not. half the time i order a latte with oat milk, i am given whole milk. this isn’t an allergy issue for me, just a preference, but for many people it could be a dietary restriction or an allergy. recently, i ordered a salted caramel hot chocolate. i’ve liked it a lot at other locations so i ordered one here. the first time i got it, it tasted chemically and gross. i decided to give it another try today and the hot chocolate tasted a little better but it was THICK like half-set pudding with a weird after taste. i’ll likely end up going to the Dunkin on Mt Read from now on.
