Terrible attitude! The lady that waited on me had the worst attitude. I ordered a mixed box of donuts.  She wasn’t even going to let me order what I wanted. She just said move over and I’ll let you know when your order is complete. I said can I order what donuts I want for the mix box? and she slammed the box down and said what donuts do you want. She was short with both the customers after I was waited on as well. She had a bandanna on her face so I couldn’t get a good look at her but she was very rude. Everyone seemed nice but this will be the last time I spend my money at this location.

The food was good but I asked for a cup of water to water down the orange juice for my little brother. When I asked they wanted to charge me a dollar for a small cup of water. After a discussion with the manager he handed me a cup but there was dirt floating in the cup so I couldn’t even use it.

Shame on you guys. I just got told my SERVICE DOG is not welcome here. I offered to show the lady my service dogs certificate but she didn't want to see it. So I'm wondering if Dunkin Donuts policy is not to allow disabled people inside ? I had to leave, obviously. I was meeting my elderly father and brother here for a quick bite. Now I'm left feeling sick to my stomach. Shame on you Dunkin Donuts.

The Texas Toast was buttery and flakey and made this Turkey Sausage Egg and Cheddar Cheese breakfast sandwich pretty good for it to be from DD. I also put jelly on it which gave it a nice extra kick! This was my first time at this location and it was better than other locations I have been too. I would definitely get this again! Customer Service was fine also.

My iced oatmilk latte was made to perfection! The ice was fresh sometimes certain Dunkin locations always have very watery ice drinks.

Came in today, cashier was on phone and didnt care to pay attention, icecream was melted and asked to get from bottom, didnt give it..also didnt let me have a sample taste even tho I bought from them. bad customer service and bathrooms were disgusting like havent been cleaned for weeks.

I love coffee, I like DD, but not at this location. I ordered large hot coffee with cream and blueberry flavor. They tend not to listen customers orders. Oh well one star for not listen customers , adding sugar and forget to add blubbery. Thanks !

Medium pumpkin spice latte was advertised on the window for $3. When I went in to order one they charged me over $5. When I asked about it they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about

Incredibly rude customer service. I was the only one in the store. I had to explain my order a hundred times two coffees and two sandwiches and when they handed me my receipt, they STILL got it wrong. I immediately pointed it out but one of the girls started saying how it was too late, then reluctantly said "fine, whatever" she'll get my order right. While I was waiting, another customer walked into the store saying they got his order wrong too. They were rude to him as well and did not accommodate. I'm shocked this place has such good reviews. Next time I am going to go out of my way to avoid it.

This coffee tastes very nasty at this location! I will drive the extra mile to get a better tasting coffee!
