Hailey. Terrible energy, rushed and rude.  After waiting almost 15 min in the drive thru with very few cars, I get to the window and she hands me the coffee I ordered, with the hot coffee dripping over the edge. She sees it. I see it. I ask her politely if she can change the cup. She’s visibly annoyed. She leaves, comes back after a few seconds with what I assume is a new lid but not a new cup; no big deal, at least the hot coffee is not dripping on me. As I take the coffee and proceed to put my car in drive to drive away i guess not fast enough for Hailey she says out loud, ‘’ C’mon Lady, Jesus!!!!’. Although I am almost gone - and I guess she didn’t think I heard her- i put the car back in park and turn back to ask her her name. ‘Hailey’ she says sheepishly, but no apology.  She smuggly continues to serve the next in line. I feel sorry for small cafés like this who have a hard time finding staff and have to continue to employ a woman like this. I have read other reviews. She’s no doubt the short brown-haired woman others have reviewed negatively.  She’s terrible.

They burnt my food and clumped my hash browns together in one bag! I will not go to this establishment again!!!!

Waited almost 20 minutes for two everything toasted bagelsdoesnt take that long to make when there are 2 other employees standing there too. I left and will not be back again hopefully they gave or tossed the 2 I ordered out.

A bit slow but they have a good atmosphere

There is this manager over there, she has short brown hair and she’s real masculine in the face. She was very disrespectful when taking our order in drive thru and dismissive of us and we told her we needed a little bit more time to decide what we wanted as if there was anybody else in the line and we were holding it up which there wasn’t and I can see why. As soon as we came up to the window I showed her my heart to show her as proof that I worked for white management as well and there is a 10% discount for that and she told me in a snotty matter that I’m going to need more proof than that. My sister ordered an iced latte with sugar packets which we asked for her in person to put in the bag and lo and behold it was not there. Not too long ago a young girl quit that job in tears and I can see why she would be in distress this place is absolutely abhorrent and that unnaturally aggressive woman needs to be reprimanded for the way she speaks to customers and treats her employees.

The last 4 times I ordered an iced coffee with light ice. They put the normal amount of ice and I was treated rudely when I complained. Today they took my coffee back and when they brought it back there was no ice and just a little over 3/4 full. Tired of complaining I just left. When I went to drink my coffee I noticed dirt and lint in my coffee. I took it back and got a refund. So, if you want it their way, by all means go there. If you want something you can actually drink, go elsewhere. Bad customer service and bad coffee.

I have gone here 3 times and each time they have either gotten my order wrong or forgot items. I understand being short staffed and am more than willing to be patient but at least get my order right.

I go to this one just for convenience because it’s right off of the ferry, but they ALWAYS mess up and never give you a receipt so you can get your money back. Once I asked for a blueberry MUFFIN and somehow got a blueberry DONUT. Today I got a bagel with extra cream cheese and this is what I got LOL Shoddy staff/location, better off going into Plattsburgh to get your money’s worth.

If you have any allergies DONT go here. I have been given a drink at least 4 times that was wrong and I got very ill, one time I question it and was told that it was the right one and they refused to make me a new one. I figured okay maybe they just added more of one thing to make it lighter in color than normal but I got sick. And today I had to leave work. Definitely not happy I have called before and they don’t care and just say that it’s not their fault.  I always am very specific with my order. And I have gone to many other dunkins in town and have never gotten sick or had any problems.

I have never had such a rude experience before today, Stacy at the drive thru window shouldn’t  have a job in customer service if she is going to treat people that way. I ordered a energy cold brew on the mobile app and when I got to the window she said there is no cold brew. She abruptly offered me a coffee of a lesser value of a 4.53$ coffee which I politely declined and just asked for a refund instead. She rudely tosses 3$ and some change and says heres your refund and walks away from the window for about a minute, comes back and also rudely asks if there is a problem. I point out that the refund was 4.53$ and she throws 1.53$ and was like your all set and walks away again. Im not one to complain much because I am pretty easy going but that was the worst I have ever been treated at any establishment. I called the manager and he offered me a free cold brew which was appropriate but I feel Stacy should get some training in how to treat others and customer service.
