Toss the receipt at my child when they realize they was wrong while ringing up my order. She asked for munckins to be added to her order for free with a promo offer on the app and she bought a coffee for free munchkins . The  munchkins  was never comp off and we asked to start over and get a refund  and she said no refunds and Toss the receipt to my Teenager.  I didn’t wake up and choose violences  so therefore she got a pass on disrespect But I would never step a foot Back and drop not one cent.

This is another great Dunkin Donuts located on Grant Avenue. The service here is always expedient courteous and your order is made well. My only wish is that it was at a more convenient lication for myself. But I always stop here when I am in the area which is at least twice a week. The drive thru is always extended around the building.Food: 5/5

There is absolutely no consistency in the quality of the coffee at this Dunkin Donuts.  The coffee tasted burnt, tangy and the bottom of the pot.  This is not the first time that the coffee has not been good.  If I did not have a gift card for the place I would stop giving them my money.  Also, the prices went up on the Turkey Sausage wake up wraps.  The deals are gone for 2022 its time to start brewing our own coffee.

My wife loves their coffee. However, the lines in the morning drive-thru can be pretty crowded. But if it makes my wife happy I'll make the wait.

This location has horrible customer service and occasionally messes up on my orders.  I feel that they do not care and just run on auto pilot. I came in with a great adittude and said how are you, just to get a nasty look and a gesture in the general direction of my mobile pickup order.  The morning crew needs customer service training and I WOULD NOT recommend this location to others.

The muffins were really fresh. My coffee was perfect and  the girl at the window was very friendly.. I do miss being a good low to sit inside   but their drive thru service is definitely on point. Quick and correct !

The owners and their team...really focus on making every order right..and overall just providing great customer service..!!  Very Sad However..that the French Cruller  doughnut..has bin discontinued.. It was the Only doughnut..that we'd order Multiples of..on a regular basis.. PLEASE bring it back

Do you enjoy getting a mouthful of the wrong drink? If so than come here! I ordered a normal iced coffee with no extra flavors I stuck my straw in the drink and boom a mouthful of hazelnut syrup. It was absolutely disgusting and disappointing

Place hit a new low today .   Placed mobile order and got an order number.  Went to pick up and was told No Order .  Went to pickup window and showed order confirm to the worker who once again yells " No Order " .  Didn't offer to redo or take an order .  Just blew me off.   So I gotta big cup of nothing.    If you hate your job that much do yourself and the public a favor and move on .   America can't run on your idea of Dunkin.

What's with the drive thru. Waiting 20 minutes is ridiculous. Get a staff and open up already. Stop being cheap and bring the employees back. Nobody wants to hear you can't find people because if it was a good job you would have somebody. I've practically stopped going to Dunkin Donuts when all they do is use the drive thru.
