Drive thru boy with shaggy hair had such an ATTITUDE..even had the eye roll down pat..when I got to the window and said I'm sorry can I add an ice coffee please? I never got horrible service like I did this time...unbelievable. I LIKE NICE DRIVE THRU PEOPLE!! That's why I normally go to the Dunkin on 110 off Southern State, next door to Mavis. THEY ARE NICE AND I TIP THEM

completely done with this place. the kids working the drive thru just don't listen. they think we enjoy just dishing out our money and getting our coffees completely messed up and made however they want. im so sick of it. please train your employees in active listening.

Very fast, very clean  Great part about it is you lmow what you are getting and get it for the price thats even a little cheaper than you would think coffee deals are get  And some of the egg sandwiches are very good, some not  Don't like the egg there much  Coffe great  People nice  And a drive thru

Mostly pleasant & professional. Drive thru is 99% quick.. no real wait time! The coffee is NEVER burned!!  Vegetarian options: Offer a vegetarian like myself sausage instead of a pattie. It&#39;s a different taste. Chicken substitute like jackfruit.   Parking: Very tight location. Limited parking.  Wheelchair accessibility: N/A

Lady at window was rude I was counting my money not only did she say you can pay now clearly I'm counting to give her the money I ask for a cup holder the drink spells and hits my car not only did it stop they're I goto work and I ordered two teas but got coffee instead the best was being told its half and half on my car not milk I had to ask for water to pour on my car

Always sold out and most staff 90% are rude and unfriendly.  I hate this location.  Food thank God is good when availableFood: 4/5

Horrible customer service.. the girl taking the order was rude and had an attitude. The workers making coffee and food made food and drinks for themselves and took forever to take care of the customers in the store.

Please tell the woman on the intercom to take the mic out of her mouth.  Way too loud for no reason

Every time i come here they don’t follow my order instructions. I ask for extra toasted cus the avocado toast is like a limp cold slice of bread. I have to walk inside and ask for a second time for them to toast it so they have to remake it. If they would just listen the first time i wouldn’t have to go inside.
