Ordered an xl hot chocolate and this is what I got in paying $4 for an xl and I’m not getting what I paid for
Mike Bartram the “manager” at this store refused to reimburse me for the coffee that was spilt all over my car. He wanted me to re-pay. When I should have been made a new coffee. I’m very dissapointed and am no longer going to support this franchise and waste my money on Dunkin Donuts.
Went to get an ice tea on Thanksgiving and left with this. Needless to say I did not drink it and threw it away immediately.
If you utilize mobile app, you better check every detail of your order because when the sandwiches are wrong and you don’t receive items you ordered they don’t care. When I called to get a refund to my card I was told I had to come back to the store with my credit card after I had already reached work. No way to refund my card even though they never touched my card. Not so much as apology from the Manager. She couldn’t care less worked 9am Thursday morning. There are lots of options in the area for breakfast. I will take my business elsewhere. Whenever I utilize delivery take out, If they mess up the order, they refund or say “let us know next time your in”. This woman was clearly saying “I don’t care about your problem, I’m busy don’t bother me”. Poor customer service!!! I heard the employee trying to get her on the phone. She couldn’t be bothered and it was obvious, it was an inconvenience. You have Help Wanted signs up but clearly you are not leading by example in teaching your staff good customer service.
How do you get in touch with the location franchise owner? WiFi to that location is very spotty. Anyone else have a tough time getting onto the app at times?
Best Dunkin around my area…. Almost always have product and courteous staff… YAY A nice change from the one at 13 main st where they are clueless and most rude staff
Pretty quick in drive thru and front and efficient, reason why I couldnt give a 5 star because everytime I ask for my melted sugar stirred in my turbo; taste nothing but sweet rocks in the bottom
Very kind employees. They have very fast service and treat you with kindness and respect. The quality of the food is fair but their coffees are always made to order and end up taking great reach and every time. This Dunkin's isn't as busy as most other Dunkin's, so don't expect to be waiting in a long line to order your food and drink! I would certainly recommend this Dunkin's to anyone in the area looking for a quick pick me up drink and maybe also a snack!
This dunks is THE BEST in North Reading. DO NOT GO TO THE DUNKS FARTHER DOWN ON MAIN ST ITS TERRIBLE!!! This dunks is always spot on, friendly, perfect orders and the coffee is always brewed to perfection. Couldnt be happier as a customer.
The most consistent Dunks in the area. The line is usually long in the drive thru in the morning but they move fairly quickly. I would rather wait in the line here and get a consistent coffee then get it somewhere else with no line.
