This dunkin has the rudest workers. I think they are always overwhelmed but they take it out on us. This morning there was an item missing from my pick up order so I approached the counter and asked someone. She ignored anything I had to say and told me no this person can help you the cashier. I was like I'm just missing a donut I'm sure anyone could grab it. Plus I probably asked the person who screwed my order up to begin with. So I had to wait another 2 minutes for the cashier to come out and then be confused that I wasn't trying to buy anything. She was great helpful and extremely polite but the rest, rude

Service there has always been excellent and Veronica is the best. She is very courteous, friendly and supper efficient. God bless her!

If some lady from New Jersey files a complaint about the employees here yesterday I'm more than ready to provide dash cam footage proving that that woman was 1,000% in the wrong.  Nobody F***s with my Dunkin especially some New Jersey trash.

How much can I get paid to check the bags for you guys so you’re not putting entirely different things than what I ordered in my bag? Cause that’s not in my job description.

This review only is for the Dunkin' Donuts on 19th Street in Watervliet no other one all the other ones are fine this one has been out of coffee syrup for Frozen coladas for 3 weeks I walk in there they're not friendly they're having conversations they're cussing I will never go back to that one

It was a little slower than I had hoped, but not too bad. The food was as expected, not overcooked which I've had at a few Dunkin' locations. All in all a pretty good experience.

Dunkin’ it!  Friendly service and very clean !

Waited at the order counter at least five minutes while staff was having an important I'm assuming meeting. In fairness  when they got around to taking my order, the employee offered me a donut for the wait. All I came in there for was A "quick cup " of coffee.
