Like to drink my coffee today, not 3 hrs later after it cools down from 1000 degrees! Coffee always tastes burnt..Food: 3/5
The donuts were fresh the coffee was quick there's just no place to sit but overall it was a clean Dunkin' DonutsFood: 4/5
Rude, incompetent and downright nasty. Save yourself the time and trouble and go to the location in North Cape May. Way cleaner and much better service. The folks at the Rio Grande location are terrible.
We ordered our food and it was pretty fast. The customer service is absolutely horrible!!! I spent over 40$ and requested an empty cup, no lid nothing and I was told they would not give me one. Absolutely not. AN EMPTY CUP for my younger two to split a coolatta that I paid for.
I am a true fan of Dunkin' Donuts but this is a shameful version of this franchise. The owner should be stripped of his franchise rights. The establishment is filthy, the employees are incompetent, and when attempting to purchase in advance for a corporate event they couldn't accommodate after numerous affirmations and confirmations. Beware and do NOT go here.
My coworkers and I had a gift card for Dunkin Donuts, given to us my a patient because we are friendly, courteous and helpful. You won’t get any of that here at this location. When my coworker got there at 10 am on a Thursday for donuts the guy there yelled at her that there was no donuts. It’s in the name right? He gave her the wrong size coffee, threw it on the counter at her so it splashed all over. Then he yelled at her again when she told him it was the wrong size. So we ended up with terrible breakfast sandwiches, and wrong size coffees. We should have known we would have a problem when I tried to call ahead to order donuts and he told me that we would have to come in and order them. They are the nastiest humans running a business that I’ve ever encountered. Do yourself a favor and go to a different location. That’s what we will be doing from now on. It’s worth the drive.
It's a Dunkin donuts. Coffee is excellent, bagel with cream cheese in less than five minutes. It IS a clean establishment.
They never have a variety of options. They sell out quickly of everything but their food and drink are amazing when available. I would recommend their Donuts, Carmel lattes, ice teas and sweet bacon, egg and cheese sandwichesDine in: NoOutdoor seating: NoTakeout: YesDelivery: No
Average donut. Selection was not great. I was there in the afternoon, so maybe that is partly why selection not so great? Fresh though. Bagel bites were very yummy but 2.50 each is a tad on the pricey side for them.
Coffee was as good as usual. This location's bathrooms are still closed from Covid.. rather, "out of order," ironically, which is coincidently prevalent at Dunkin's statewide.
