I come here at least once/twice every other week, for over 2 months now, there’s been 2 times my Turkey, egg and cheese croissant attached with review looked dry & had no cheese & I didn’t complain or bring it to a managers attention after any other visit. However today draws the line. I witnessed the lady preparing my breakfast sandwich and my daughters hash browns touch common surfaces & make cash/credit transactions with the same gloves she used to deal with food. I politely told her she should change them because it was unsanitary & she closed the drive thru window in my face, she didn’t acknowledge what I said as a paying customer. She was very unprofessional. However, I feel she wouldn’t have any consequences. They all probably do the same thing, sadly.. I will not be going back. Date of encounter  02/16/2023 @ 8:31 AM.

No complaints. DD donuts and coffee are way better than Tim Horton's in my opinion. My coffee was good and I got some Halloween donuts for my son and I and they were super cute and tasty .

Got a coffee with oat milk for my sister who is visiting from out of town where there are no Dunkin' donuts. She was so excited. She took one sip of the coffee and said this definitely doesn't have oat milk in it. We asked the cashier/manager if this was regular milk or oatmeal. He assured us that he personally poured it and it was absolutely oat milk.  My sister now has hives and we are spending the day by the restroom. She is both allergic and lactose intolerant.

The workers need more alertness.  I came in to order donuts and found flies moving around the donuts.  I was too grossed out to even order.  I did order but they misheard every one of them,  after correcting the 3rd one out of a half dozen donuts,  I gave up.  I didn't even care as long as they didn't pick one close to the flies.  My favorite donuts were not even there.  When I asked if they will make them today,  they told me no.  Their Latte tasted more like ameracano I think they need to re-train the difference between each drinks. There is a reason why each drink has different names eventhough they use the exact same ingredients.  The price is a bit in the higher side.  The only reason I gave it another star is because the easy access on the route.  Update: After receiving my order,  it was all wrong.  My hot latte was lukewarm. I asked for any other type of milk as long as it's not dairy,  but guess what,  they made it with whole milk.  I was looking at it being made but wasn't sure if it was mine or a drive through order,  it was mine.  I also asked for iced coffee but got hot black coffee,  not sure if they misheard it.  The only bright side was the egg and cheese croissant but that too was received without cheese.  But hey,  at least it tasted good.

I was going here at least 3 times a week but I'm done I've gotten hard, stail, even still frozen muffins. I've received Boston Cream donuts with no cream. And today they just decide to put whatever donut in my bag not even the one I ordered. Not to mention they are very rude. I don't think they even deserve 1 star

Looked at the Store hour says opens at 4am Well 6am they were closed Please correct your store hour if you want any business Thinking this may be my last visit Shame

Went there for an afternoon pick me up and noticed that there were flies on the donuts pictured below.  Service was super slow and out of ingredients. Bathroom is not open to the public, not even paying customers. The manager was extremely rude about it and gave no explanation. Never going back.

This was actually my first time into a Dunkin, but someone recommended a drink, so I stopped in, but didn't remember the name of it. So I described it to the person and she knew what I was thinking about. It was delicious. And the staff was extremely attentive and helpful.

Made a late night stop to grab some donuts for the family for the next morning, but hey guess what No Donuts... None, zero! Apparently Dunkin donuts does not make donuts any longer they all get delivered???  It just really makes no sense to me. Also had to wait for coffee to be made.. not going to complain about that though, I prefer a 300°F cup of  coffee I can't drink for an hour after I buy it :

Frozen coffee with sweet cold foam is my new favorite.  12 and Dequindre Dunkin Donuts Baskin Robbins has very nice employees, very good service.
