Trash location with oblivious staff. I've visited here on multiple occasions at various times of day; every single time, the location had mobile ordering turned off, citing "short staffing". However, the parking lot was empty and the drive through had just two vehicles in it see included image. The staff is largely disinterested; the orders are seldom correct to the customer's specifications: extra skim milk was presented as barely above black. Would not recommend this location if you have other options along your commute.

Receipt clearly says chocolate frosted sprinkles and I got strawberry instead. If I didn’t have hungry kids that just wanted anything to eat at that point, this would’ve gone to waste!

This location rarely has anything you want. This was before a stocking issue in the US. You ask for chocolate ice cream, “we ran out,” a specific donut “they’re all gone.” Like it’s so often it almost seems like they’re lying to not have to go get your order. I definitely take my business to a Cold Stones  when I’m feeling for ice cream. They’re reliable.

Lauren, the store manager, is extremely helpful and sweet. My husband and I were accidentally given the wrong drink in the drive thru and she remade it for us and gave us a free donut. she truly is very kind and has great customer service.

I've been here twice. The first time I waited probably 30 minutes from the time I ordered a latte through the app. I didn't find out it couldn't be made until I spoke to three different employees due to the espresso machine being broken... Get that, but definitely could have found that out sooner, preferably maybe couldn't have even ordered it on the app. Second time, I went in to try a specific drink. It was busy and the worker at the register was bantering with presumably a friend in front of me in line for long enough for it to start being annoying. Waited through all of that just to be handed my drink. The drink was decent, not really enough to consider going again. Better communication and timeliness would maybe make it somewhere I'd stop at more.

Not sure what is up with this location, but it continues to be super slow. You can see cars leave the queue. My recent experience was something like 15-20 or so minutes from placing the order to getting it. No cars behind me, and the two in front had already ordered. I shut my car off multiple times. Didn't appear that any drinks were really made before paying... have 2 stars because the manager helped with a wrong order previously, but the service has been ungodly slow, it feels like they'll go out of business. Good luck of you're OK with waiting.

Over the years this location has gone downhill.  The inside is dirty, and if the doors are unlocked for customers to come in, you will notice that employees don't like to wash their hands or change their gloves.  I've witnessed employees walk in from break put on a glove, log on the computer and start handling food.  They then turned to handle the customer at the window,  back to the bakery items, and on to making a sandwich. One glove and one bare hand. 2 employees working isn't enough but that's the best you'll get here and they may know how to make a drink, but not always.

This has been my main Dunkin' due to the fact that a drink, Strawberry Dragon Fruit Refresher "custom", is 9 times out of 10 done right. Compared to other locations. Even when busy they take care of you. Thanks!

Love it, Charlie Sweet Cream Cold Foam extra cinnamon is my favorite. The butter toffee late is my flavor of the week. I strongly dislike any breakfast sand because I dont like eggs not scrambled and the avacodo toast has way too many sun dried tomatoes and the bread is always hard.. the hash browns are great.Food: 5/5

This dunkin used to be good years back but since the last year , they have been lagging . Some days they’ll accept orders inside , most days they won’t and say get in the drive thru . There were 2 cars ahead of me the entire time and they took over 30 minutes taking the orders and i had to wait at least 10 minutes for someone  to take my order at the window and i am still waiting as i’m writing this  review . slowest dunkin ever
