Orders snakin bacon and received it cold. Bought it back and Girl “oh you wanted it hot” are you serious?!?! You guys get an F today!!! the coffee was good though
Whoever was your manager the indian man on 12/2 at 10am is rude. First I ordered a ice latte no wimp cream. The cashier made a mistake and gave me something else. I told them that was not what have ordered. Later the manager called me over that I didn’t not paid where I clearly showed him that my transaction went through. I told him that I don’t mind paying the difference but I will not pay for this same transaction again . He argued with me in front of all the customer after a while first I am waisting my time for a coffee ! I decided to let him have his drink back and I still got charge. First I work in customer service this is not a way to provide customer service. This manager had no sense of urgency because he wanted to wait that others could go before me. After they have clearly made a mistake on my order. I am through with DD with Starbucks I honestly doubt this would of happen. They understand that a customer is not worth losing over petty things. I will never ever step foot in a DD ever again rude.
The staff at this location are so friendly and kind! I had an issue earlier today with a GrubHub delivery order and they were so understanding, they replaced my order. Thank you, Chris for all of your help!
Horrible experience customer service extremely bad asked for a large milk shake and it was all liquid I asked the gentlemen to make it thick he put one more scoop of ice cream and it was still all liquid when I said please make it thick the shake was 8.37 cents extremely disappointed I understand people have bad days at work but the 5 people that were also in the place had a bad experience as well but whatever
Their hours are extremely unreliable, regardless of what their listing says, they sometimes don't open on certain days, or open very late. For example, it's 9am on a Saturday and they are closed despite the website showing them open
You dropped the "Donuts" a few years back. How about now you lose the Dunkin' and die already
