All around horrible experience. Situation could have been resolved with better customer service. All started with trying to force me to take something I didn't order through the app. In addition there were flies flying over and on the donuts that they were forcing me to take. When asked for a refund or either store credit, I was told no and only store manager can do so.

I live close this Dunkin so I go every morning here to get my coffee, but I won’t be going here anymore.  They lady in the drive thru is always rude, this morning the staff were arguing with each other and when I order my a juice , a coffee and other items. I scanned the app where it clearly says free hot coffee Monday. The lady in the drive thru said it’s no free and wanted to charge me for the coffee. I told her it’s not the 1st time i use the app on Monday and she said no it’s not free.  No sure if she was upset because they were arguing among themselves but I won’t be coming back here anymore.

Don’t go when they are almost going to closed 6:30pm! Worst service.

Well I went at the right time cause there was no line and cashier was super friendly and funny we were jokin bout somethin for bit. Also had a clean working available bathroom which is rare for a city gas station! Cheers

The workers are super friendly, remember my order, and make sure we leave happy. This is the ONLY Dunkin with consistently delicious food and drinks.Food: 5/5

The employees are remarkably unprepared, casual, and slow/confused. The consistently mess up orders. Nick is especially slow, as he is on his phone 70% of the time. It's probably hard to mix coffee with only one hand in use.

I get an iced mocha just about every other morning and it usually hits the spot. Hash browns go crazy too.

Starbucks always make sure to serve some tasty beverage’s… At an astronomical price!

Often there is only one person working, this causes long lines and waits. I visit around 6:45 the the morning, on the way to work, many will walk out because of the wait.
