I usually never have an issue when i go in the mornings i love the morning crew, but today i went in after 5 and the two behind the counter were incompetent and extremely slow. I ordered a grilled cheese and the cheese was not melted so i had to go back . I was short on time because i had to go back to work and when i went back, they refused to give me my refund i had to ask multiple times to give me my money back because i had no time to eat. I am never going back in the evening only the mornings. Also the place was very untidy and needed to be cleaned.
I went to this store 1151 Fulton St yesterday March 18, 2024. I ordered 2 lemon pound cakes and a cup of hot hazelnut coffee. 1 of the cakes didn’t look right so I gave it back. It’s a good thing I looked at my receipt because he charged me for two cakes. When I brought it to his attention, all of a sudden he didn’t understand what I was saying. So one of his coworkers had to assist in returning my money. I didn’t take a good look at the other because my interest was in the frosting. When I got home I live over two miles from there I took the cake out to eat it and it was molded. I immediately called the store and explained to them what I experienced. The lady told me she wasn’t there in the morning and I would have to call the next morning to speak to the manager. I called this morning and no one is answering the phone. I strongly recommend to stay away from this store.
Awful, they messed up my order twice, first making it cold and then the wrong size, then when I finally got the right drink it was lukewarm and not even hot. The staff argued with two other customers across the 25+ minutes I had to wait, and I even had to remind them I was still waiting on my drink as they'd start talking while not actually doing anything. I go to Dunkins all the time, I don't expect 5 star service, but tf wss this?
The WORST Dunkin’ Donuts, all of the employees have an attitude. They will consistently mess up your order, or ignore you when they miss your order and then when you finally get it it’s the wrong order. Keep giving them chances but no more I’m calling to complain at this point all of you need to go you can’t even adhere to people’s allergy could have died.
Second time I've come here and coffee is cold I ordered 2 French Vanilla 2 sugars and cream there was no flavor added drink was half full. I think what hads to the poor quality is how there lack of effort match's there efficiency and urgency to get your order is little to none. By far the worst experience as much as I don't do Starbucks but they would have me switch. Don't be in a rush to catch the train and grab a bite it won't happen.
staff are really friendly and quick. There is a school near by so there are kids in and out of the establishment which gives different energy. The kids tend to be loud and wrestling insideFood: 4/5
My third Dunkin store and all they have us regular coffee. Before 11am.Food: 1/5

I usually do an mobile order so I can grab my Dunkin and go about my day. However I live in the area and there’s a reason I go to the city for Dunkin rather than stop at this one. The customer service here is horrible and they always seem to be under staffed. I did a pre order @ 10:45am. I get to the stores about 10mins later it still wasn’t ready. I have no problem with being patient but when I get there i waited for about 15mins before someone actually noticed I was waiting. I was under the impression they were being slammed by orders and maybe my order is backed up. they finally acknowledge me and no my order wasn’t even backed up. They were just clueless about the order. Also after i showed them the order i was there for. They offered me someone else’s pick up order. Then when the workers did proceed to make my order it still came out wrong and had to get remade two times over. Im done with this location. They need a new staff and more workers.
Dunkin' will always be one of my go-to for coffee. Now with that said the reason they got such low marks this particular day was because of their service. The attitude. The unwillingness. Not following instructions. I walked into Dunkin's on Franklin Ave. I walked into it empty store. I ordered a hot caramel small size latte with soy milk. Now let me go back to the beginning. I walked in with morning greetings and proceeded to wait. As no one turned around to acknowledge me. They were so busy and conversation while prepping for breakfast I assume. Because one server was working on bacon and the other was handling sliced cheese. She walked up to the counter after my repetitive good morning. Saying good morning again for the front time, then politely asking if she could change her gloves? That came with an eye roll and head tilt. I took a deep breath and proceeded to asked her for Cheddar bagel. Which they had none. But that came with attitude reply. She wasn't talking loud maybe she was exhausted from whatever. And I was asking too many questions. We have to humble and do our jobs. Usually I would have walked out but l ran around very early doing errands. So I was hungry. By this time there's a line starting to form behind me. I turned and asked. Am I saying or doing something wrong.?The man smelled and said no you're doing everything right Miss. I said okay it's just one of those days. I walked out and took a sip of my lukewarm coffee. Did not want to go back inside. I just threw it away. I haven't been to Dunkin' since that occurred. I stopped drinking coffee for 2 weeks behind this.
