I enjoy this location very much. They have a good amount of seating and the tables have wireless chargers which is so convenient in case your phone or other devices are running low on battery. The foot traffic in this location isn’t extremely busy so it makes a great place to meet because you can find a spot to sit and you can hear each other without struggling.
I love the coffee, but the staff at this location Sunset & 108th is more interested in fooling around trash-talking each other than paying attention to the customers. I learned not to go through the drive-thru because of the delays and my recent inside visit explained it. If they weren't so few and far between, I'd seriously consider not returning to this location.
I ask for a box of donuts, and the lady puts a couple of donuts dented and in bad appearance. Not fair. I don't check the box in the place, trusting the good reputation of Dunkin Donuts, but this time fails.Food: 2/5
Service was worst than ever. Staff don't want to work in there anymore. Dunkin' needed some staff that actually wanting to work. Lastly the cleanliness of the shop and staffs, they need to teach the staffs some hygiene.Food: 3/5
New manager's policy is to lock the lobby doors when staff cannot handle more than 5 customers. You may want to rethink your visit to this particular DD store, especially on a hot day. BK, Starbucks or any other fast food store in this area never had a policy like that. Corporate needs to review and correct this immediately as it fringes on discrimination practice.
I've been getting Dunkin' doughnuts forever. I went to get a dozen, but they didn't have boxes for a dozen. So they gave me two boxes of six, and charged me the price for 2, half dozen! When I questioned the price difference, the lady told me that they aren't selling doughnuts by the dozen anymore! They just raised the prices 2 months ago, now this? It was almost $20 for 12 doughnuts, with very little variety! I'll drive the extra 10 minutes to Krispy Kreme. It's a sad day for doughnut lovers.
I ask for a plain bagel toasted with cream cheese and and they gave me a burned bagel. This is the second time this have happened I will not be returning. This was a waste of time because I had to be to work.
The store is clean and the staff are very organized. They have automatic chain to make coffee so you can trust their speed as long as you know what to order. The breakfast is also delicious. Found this place when I go to the Chinese restaurant nearby. Now become somewhere I will go regularly.
Do not go to this Dunkin’ Donuts. This place is not sanitary. The staff is grabbing your food with their bare hands not using any gloves or paper to grab your food after taking out garbage and not washing their hands. When I saw that I just left. I wonder how many drive thru do this though.
We stopped by today around 2 pm through the drive-thru hoping to get coffees and a Hispanic older lady helped us, but felt really disrespected by the way she rushed us in ordering while looking at the menu when there were no cars behind us. We asked her if we can have a minute and then she asked very rudely if we were ready to order again. We went through drive-thru because we have two kids in the back under 4. We told her we weren’t ready to order because we were asking our son if he wanted a donut, she rudely told us to go inside and order. I have never been disrespected through a drive thru, we ended up leaving by the way there still wasn’t any cars behind us in the drive-thru line We went back to this place hoping it would be better service if we went inside 11/11/22. My husband asked nicely if they were participating in the veterans deal they were having & the man rudely handed him a bag that included the donut and asked to see his card/proof rudely. We have tried to give this place a second chance but both times at this same location we have been disrespected. I understand that some customers can be rude, but you don’t have to be so mean to everyone.
