Good customer service and there is a nice place to seat and have a hot coffee, with a beautiful view on Park Avenue.
My favorite place to go and eat because of the perks. A free large strawberry refresher for purchasing from Dunkin. You can't beat that!!! Pop
HORRIBLE FOOD. DO NOT EAT HERE. This is one of the worst dd i ever went to. I asked them to roast the bagel and it was so chewy that all the stuff inside just came out flying, soiling my clothes. The chocolate croissant i got had absolutely no chocolate inside. My whole experience was just horrible.
Overcook the food. Barely communicate. Slow. VERY SLOW. Ordered ahead of time and still spend 10 minutes waiting.Food: 2/5
This is THE SLOWEST fast food establishment I’ve probably been too. Like consistently slow even when they are empty or you order ahead.
Came Saturday morning and Renae was there, with a huge line all alone. She did an AMAZING JOB! I got my order faster than when I order when there’s multiple people behind the counter. Thank you Renae!
Love this location. The team here in the morning works very well together and is very efficient. Kudos to the lady with the glasses. She's great.
I go in several times a week to get coffee and I have found that the employees are usually quite pleasant - especially Merry. However, the service is quite lacking. Since I usually get only coffee I've not had a lot of issues, but the *one* time I ordered food, my order got screwed up. Several times I've had to repeat my order because the employee asked what I wanted and then stopped paying attention. Many times I have seen people in line before me having issues with the service - their orders get messed up, they get the wrong change, etc. I suggest if you order from here, you pay close attention, speak very clearly, and double check what you end up with before leaving. This DD needs to improve their customer service and employee training. Proper communication with customers is a must.
Everyone here works hard. Each morning the dedicated employees are up early, they always smile and I never have an issue with my order.Food: 5/5
Avoid during morning at all costs. Takes over 15 minutes for a sandwich and other than the nice lady at the register the rest of the employees act like the could care less
