By far the superior Dunkin in town. Whenever the one at 411 messes up my drinks I can always count on this one to do them correctly and save my day from being ruined. Staff is friendly and good humored. I will only go to this Dunkin.Food: 5/5

First timer . Loved the quick service ... did drive through and it was a short wait time.. had ice latte and was perfect .. we also had strawberry  milk shake from baskin and it tasted so good.. lots of parking available. Perfectly close to many other big stores.. thumbs up !

From my own experience, this is my preferred Dunkin location in the whole surrounding area. Well-staffed with friendly people. Orders are filled very quickly. I will often opt to drive to this location instead of my nearest one in ManvilleFood: 5/5

Service was fine-- just like any other Dunkin. My coffee order is always simple black coffee or cold brew, plus I had a coupon for a muffin that I applied with my app. Everything was ready at the window when I ordered ahead and drove after my dog and I finished a nearby hike.  The workers were all young and very busy! Keep up the hard work and thank you :  Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options available though many may contain milk, eggs, etc.  Dietary restrictions: There is always a small chance of contact-contamination at places like these. Not celiac-friendly.  Parking: On-site parking in the attached parking lot. Driving into the location is a little confusing with small and winding strip-mall entrances and exits.  Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly! They have lots of fun breakfast options and serve beverages without caffeine.

This is the second time I’ve ordered ahead and still had to wait awhile for my drink. This time, not only did I have to wait, but my order was wrong. And then the kids working were too busy talking to each other to be over by the register. I didn’t have time to wait to ask for the correct item. As you see the sticker says HOT not iced.

Alex was excellent!  Unfortunately they didn't have any bananas for the banana splits, but Alex managed to prepare two-scoop delicious sundaes.  Today 9/24/24 the ice cream team member was also excellent.  And, again, unfortunately didn't have any bananas.  This place NEVER has bananas. Take down Banana Splits from the menu if you are not going to have bananas.

The girl at the drive through was extremely rude. She didn’t even give me a receipt for my order. Never going there again.

I’m very disappointed because I paid $4 for this matcha latte. I don’t get ice because I drink it later while I’m at work. My mom asked for ice because it looked stupid, not even halfway filled. When they added ice it looked like this, not even filled up all the way. It’s ridiculous

Very nicely maintained for the most part. Service has gotten better as well as cleanliness and supplies on the side.  Parking: Good location, very close to Dunkin.  Kid-friendliness: They have always been kid friendly  Wheelchair accessibility: Yes of course

The hours are inaccurate. Or at least the staff makes it so. Stopped in the drive through 10 minutes before closing and was completely ignored. When nobody came to the microphone I drove past the window and saw them all inside cleaning. I understand the stuff warning to go home. I hope they understand that they should change the posted hours if they're gonna close before 10.
