It is good place to take a sip of coffee and have a donut before or after class. One dollar for a donut and three dollars for a sandwich comes with a M/L size of coffee. There are fewer students studying and chatting than Starbucks. BR ice cream is not no longer available. Wi-Fi is fast.Food: 4/5
Hello! I was examining the accessibility of this specific Dunkin location. Getting into the building would be a little tough if you are unable to use the stairs. There is a long path through a little bit of construction work on the other side with ramps, but it is a significantly longer path. There are 3 doors, one a set of wide double doors. However, none of them have automatic opening buttons from what I could tell. One inside the space is fairly open with lots of seating options. Many of them would be somewhat low or too high for someone using a wheelchair, and most of the furniture can't really be rearranged. The ordering counter is accessible to all, and there is the option of ordering on a screen if somewhat is unable to verbally communicate or cannot see the main menu. This menu presents an opportunity for options to be added that could help different disabilities, such as adjusted lighting or read aloud features. The screens are pretty tall though, and some may not be able to reach all the options. The main menu is above the ordering counter with a pretty decent font size, which is not to say everyone could read it. The pick-up counter is a good height as well. There is a small patio outside, but the tables are not accessible to wheelchair users since the seats are attached. The restaurant was pretty quiet and would likely not be a huge sensory overload.
As someone who has been going to this location for about a year now, the staff is generally friendly with one manager who sticks out to me. She’s super sweet and tries her hardest to make what she’s doing fun and enjoyable for both staff and customers. As an avid user of their app, I often do Mobil orders. When this location was 24 hours, I placed a Mobil order but there might shift worker called off. This manger saw I placed my order so she left the doors open for me a little longer. Though I didn’t feel any inconvenience, she offered me some extra donuts for the short notice! Very sweet lady. Update: This location is still offers great, speedy service with delicious products!
Don’t come to this one, you’ll always be irritated , your coffee will always taste different their ain’t ever any managers on shift so if a problem arises you have to go out of your way to fix it .Food: 1/5
I WAS HARASSED AND DISRESPECTED AND RACIALLY PROFILED AS WELL AS NAMAA Hammond with black hair that moves around a lot which you can clearly see she’s on drugs is THE MANAGER and she BRINGS A LOADED GUN TO THE STORE and IS always UNDER THE INFLUENCE per her benzos AND BRINGS HER HUSBAND by the name WILL Hammond that is BALD TO THE JOB TO Attack PEOPLE WITH A LOADED GUN. YOGESH THE OWNER IS AWARE OF THE SITUATION AND ALLOW it to happen Namma been teaming up with other coworkers to mistreat and belittle me. Mylein tull being one of them. When I overheard them speaking poorly of me for the 100th time I decided to stand up for myself and they used their power to call the police to control me. From speaking out on how I’m being treated. And they used my race to mute me by speaking. Calling me the n word and everything else in the book. Coming here you condone their behavior. No one is safe here. They will talk to you crazy and use their power to control you. There are guns on the premises and if Namma can’t do it she has her husband bring a gun and control people on the property. Mylein Tull, Daylyn Adams, Jenna ring and Rohan are apart of this click. Be cautious when coming here especially if you are anything but white. OH SHE LEFT OUT HOW SHE STAY CLOCKED IN TO GET HER HEART MEDS AND NEVER STAY HER FULL SHIFT
Dunkin’ is Dunkin’ but this one always disappoints me. They don’t know what an energy cold brew is so I have to build it myself which costs an extra $1. No biggie, right? Well I asked for extra cream cheese on my bagel. They charged me for the bagel with normal cream cheese + an 8oz tub.. got a bagel with normal cream cheese! Spent $13 and they always seem like they’re busy but I never see any cars :
