I specifically drive to this location on silver spring drive, i come from the south side of Waukesha so 30 minutes away! I come here almost daily for the past few months. I always order a variety of the "iced signature lattes" with an extra shot of expresso. THEY MAKE THEM PERFECT EVERY TIME. They are the strongest tasting and ALWAYS made CORRECTLY every time. I'm so picky about how my espresso drink needs to be that's why I specifically drive all the way out to this location! I cannot speak on their food or their other drinks because I only order this one particular type of item. The Duncan on Moreland in pewaukee/Waukesha being mediocre now that they've hired new staff, and got rid of the children that work there. And the one on Sunset Drive in Waukesha BEING THE WORST 10 out of 10 drinks ALWAYS MADE WRONG AND TASTE GROSS. So if you value your time and money just skip the headache, and come on out to silver spring. Make sure you order the extra shot of expresso in your drink! You'll be so pleased.

Can't follow drink recipes. Please retrain your staff. If I can get the same drink from Cudahy and Menomonee falls and other dunkins without having to memorize and relay that a large mocha cold brew gets 4 shots of mocha syrup why are you not training your staff the same as all the others unless you're trying to cut costs my messing up drinks on purpose.

BAD! Everything bagel is everything it shouldn’t be. It was so hot and un-toasted. Tasted like freezer burn. Cream cheese appeared to be put on with a bare hand or a trowel. Icee coffee? Straight sugar and bland.Food: 1/5

It’s weird…. Been here a few times around 1000-1030. Not many options to choose from as if they ran out already.  Kwik Trip has more options which I wouldn’t expect since this place is solely dedicated to doughnuts. Especially for the munchkins. The plan non -glaze is always the last left LOL. I have to get a large order next week for a party and won’t be going here.  Can’t trust they’ll have ample supply and selection.

This isn't the tomato avocado bacon sandwich I have had before at the Dunkin in Menomonee Falls that said, my only reason for going there today was to ensure that the arrest made yesterday didn't trail over into today and cause another person to be arrested and or harmed from yesterday's five police department arrest scene.Food: 3/5

The DD truck pulls up in middle of parking lot and blocked people in for over 1/2 hour.  Not the way to deliver products.  Need a different area to park.

‏Worst Dunkin' branch I've visited. There is always no donut. The staff is unfriendly and rude. They don't wear gloves,they throw the order to me rudely. They don't care about cleanliness. Avoid going here. My review is based on more than one visit

Very bad customer service. Very rude. He got the order wrong for the customer before me and was frustrated and was thinking that up on me when I tried to buy two dozen mini donuts without telling that they come in 25 and they are called munchkins. He was sighing and rolling his eyes.  Bad customer service
