I work in delivery and never once here did they pack the order as it should be. They give you 2 or 3 bags in your hands and that's it, instead of putting everything in one big one. In other places the whole order is put in one big bag, here for some reason they don't do it.Service: 1/5

No matter when I go, ealry morning, mid-morning, early afternoon, early evening, my order is always wrong. The most consistent and reliable thing about this store is that they ALWAYS get my order wrong, No matter who is working. Sometimes they just random select a drink for me. Isn't it more work to make 2 completely different drinks than to just get it right the first time?? I have to regularly correct my order and even still it's usually incorrect when i get it back. There is no recipe the employees follow. It makes my feel like it's on purpose. And mind you, I've gone more than 10 times HOPING it's just a bad day for them each time, but at this point i know they just don't care. I just won't go back.

A very kind & fast experience. The manager & employees are kind, clean, & responsible with all the orders every time I am there.  Working near by, I have experiences with this Dunking several times a week, & people are always courteous with every guest.Food: 5/5

Restaurant and kitchen / floor / counters filthy. I started to Order a drink and cancelled it and left.

Ordered a to-go coffee and some munchkins  in the evening on 2/18. Needed some hot water and the barista was very generous and accommodating with us. Very happy with my experience. We were just passing through Chicago at the time, but just wanted to say they exceeded expectations!

My favorite thing about getting my day started off on the right note when I am a little sluggish is ordering premium roast coffee at Dunkin’ Donuts over on Granville. Samina is a joy to see everytime i stop by. We love her service with a great smile she is consistent and friendly without fail. Five star location with a big five star for Samina! She makes me smile and that’s a rarity for those who know me.

I'm a regular at this location and the staff is always so fast and delightful. Staring my mornings with their kindness and comfort makes my coffee taste even better! This Duckin' has become my favorite coffee spot in all Chicago!

Dunkin’ Donuts will always have a special place in my heart, as when I first started drinking coffee, the French Vanilla was my jam. But at this location the coffee isn’t hot enough, it’s overly sweetened, and their French Crullers are soggy. It can also take a while to get your order because they’re understaffed and slow. It’s better than no coffee at all, though, so it’s a decent option in a pinch.
