I wish I didn’t have to write this type of review but this is the platform this type of review is needed. My children attend a daycare in highland park near this Dunkin’ and just recently they had free donut day. The owner of the daycare whom is a black woman decided to take the children to get a free donut and the individual behind the counter whom was a male of Indian descent decided that it was a good idea to be racist to a bunch of babies. His words were and I quote “you people always want something for free, you black people always want something free.” The children at this daycare are majority African American. About 99% of the babies are black, there are about two Caucasian children and two Hispanic children. Regardless of what color any of the babies are or what their race or religion is what he said was very unexceptionable. I have written to the headquarters about this individual and have also contacted News 12 NJ. I am disgusted.

The manager in this Dunkin. I don't know who she is but they need to replace her. I went in because I placed a order on my app. Which I had a discount and she refused to apply it. Even though I had my phone with me. I shouldered the coupon and she just refused. Making up excuses how she couldn't apply the discountFood: 4/5

Dunkin 55 Raritan ave Highland Park nj is horrible i don't recommend. someone needs to get new employees or train the current employees how to make the food and drinks. I was just there a few minutes ago and bought a small iced coffee, a medium strawberry coolatta and 2 wake-up wraps. This place was overly priced compared to other Dunkin's i go to that's around and the ice coffee when i tasted it made me make a sour face it was just nasty. The strawberry coolatta was also very sour and just utterly nasty. The wake up wraps had uncooked bacon!!! at first i didn't mind it and ate it then my stomach started hurting. if i could get a refund I'd really appreciate that because that was really bad experience never had something so bad from a Dunkin' Donuts. Unacceptable.  These are old dry donuts that have been out forever. You are supposed to follow quality guidelines and throw donuts out at a certain time and replace.  This Dunkin obviously keeps it until it gets old. I ordered online bc I am sick. They are not what was ordered. It looks like they just took the left over donuts they had, and shoved it in a bag.  I never complain, but this is not even edible. It’s crusty and hard. If you don’t have what customers want, just cancel the order!

Thank goodness my coffee was at least made right. Drive thru was a complete mess....it has been 4 days since the snow storm and snow has turned into ice at the drive thru....not sure if they plowed or if they plowed, it was done poorly because my AWD SUV almost got stuck in there. Not only that, my food was hard as a rock and burnt! I ordered a toasted cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese but instead I got burnt, 3 day old tasting bagel! What a waste of money!

This Dunkin’ is maintained very well and there is little to no garbage inside the store. Their selection of doughnuts is not big, but there is a decent variety. The seating area inside is not very big, but it is manageable. There is at least some spots for you to sit. Overall, this Dunkin’ is very nice and I would recommend it to anyone in town.

Hard to rate this Dunkin’ anything less than 5 stars Been coming here for over 5 years at this point This place got me through college being 24/7 and I didn’t even go to RU menu is 100% vegetarian And they don’t miss on Dunkin’ standards for food drink and service This is your highland park neighborhood Dunkin’!

Every time, we’ll let me correct this most of the times I go there they forget something, or give me something wrong and almost all the time I go there’s a wait.  I ordered just today 3 donuts and hash brown crispy They gave me 5 soggy has browns. I called no answer. I couldn’t turn around bc I didn’t check til I got on the highway and was running late for work so couldn’t turn around.  The other day I asked for hibiscus tea and on the cup it said I had a hibiscus tea on the tag so moving quickly for work like I am most mornings I didn’t check. It was regular tea w no sugar.  This is just speaking of two occasions. They mean well just don’t always do well.

The great thing about this place is that they also sell ice cream. Not all locations sell ice cream. It's great to have an additional option to buy ice cream with my glazed donut. There's always at least 3 people working at a time. Therefore, the service is efficient and the orders come out correctly. However, they need to spend time cleaning the tables.
