Food here is good but they could work on their customer service I asked for a glazed donut and they gave me a chocolate sprinkle donut. But I got a free drink : Inside is nice always quiet nobody bothers anyone.

Ordered the pumpkin spice latte for my girlfriend, and wanted more coffee because it came out with mostly cream and no coffee. And Viv, the associate at the drive-through window did not like my request, and had an attitude when I asked to consider adding more coffee because the drink is almost white. Just so management understands the cream costs more than the coffee….. not going back to this location. Tired of poor attitudes and lack of understanding who matters. The customer. Management should consider a serious change or addition to associate training so guests feel welcomed and not an inconvenience.

See description of accompanying photo the heavyset White "lady" manager is rude and does not care about the customers or good customer service. Manager and attached photo is very rude she used her product knowledge in my lack of product knowledge to be a smart aleck with me and embarrass me when I pulled up to the window she refused to serve me until I sat in the Drive-Thru window for 10 minutes refusing to move and then eventually she served me. Not a good location at all

You are the worst dunkin I’ve ever been to. You guys are so stupid and lazy. Was there earlier today waiting on my order and you guys couldn’t even communicate with anyone. Especially with this one delivery driver. That poor guy waited for at least 30 minutes on his customers order and they come to tell him after so long there was no apple fritter??? Then they threatened to kick him out?? After he confronted them??? Please fire these employees!!!!

Worst dunkin ever! I ordered a vanilla ice coffee with liquid sugar. The lady taking our order clearly didn't know how to make the drinks and was super rude! She handed me a drink that looked like sweet tea. Really annoyed. Fix this! I will never go there again!Food: 1/5

I wish there was a better Dunkin next to my home. This location is less than 5 minutes away. My coffee usually comes out fine but every time, EVERYTIME, I order food, they mess up my order.Food: 1/5

Ok literally I would give this place no stars. I just got yelled at by the woman who literally makes the food because I was standing with an infant and a toddler and could not leave the table to go get it that was literally bizarre for her to act like that screaming across the restaurant telling ME not to scream across the restaurant. She should not be acting like that working in customer service, go get another job.

worst experience ever. didn't get my food that I ordered and the food that I got was burnt and the cheese was cold. This place messess up my girlfriends order every single time. Yall, pay attention.    How hard is it to prepare a simple order with a fricken English muffin on a sandwich.  Take your job seriously!   Anything worth doing is worth doing right and if you can't do that maybe you should work at another chain restaurant and mess up orders there instead

Placed order online for a hot decaf. First drink made was iced. Second drink made was regular. Third drink made tasted terrible. For $6/drink, you need to do better. I’m not waisting my money on Duncan any more.Food: 1/5
