I've been going to Dunkin' for tea for a long time. I don't know what it is, but lately they haven't been cleaning the tea making equipment properly because the tea tastes too much like coffee. You need to clean the equipment. I've started going to Starbucks and their tea is always perfect.Food: 2/5

Always mess up on orders and then blame you. They don’t want to fix it without getting nasty. They have done it to me twice. I’ve seen it happen to other people several times too. Only 1 staff member seems capable of doing her job well.

i ordered a bacon egg and cheese and it smelled like a bacon dog treat and the smell was ridiculously strong. You need to add turkey bacon cause the most popular religion is muslim. There are people who don't eat pork. This is why people get breakfast sandwiches at wawa because they're considerate on what people eat.

Several of the employees remember what I usually order and sometimes have it ready by the time I get to the front of the line just from seeing me walk in. Seen them do this for a few other of my coworkers too. As fast paced as the world is, this kind of service proves they care. I would go out of my way if I could to give this dunkin business

Great fresh donuts all day, delicious coffee, amazing customer service. It's actually inside a ExxonMobil gas station and both businesses know exactly what I want when I walk up to the counter. That personal level of service isn't something you find anywhere. They all know my 1 year old by name and go out of their way to make her day special with a high five. She loves visiting there as much as I do, and is more than just because of the great donuts!
