They messed up order. I ordered Mocha Iced Signature latte but they gave me hot one instead of iced. There were Bengali people working during the evening. They were cursing the customers on their Bengali language. So, the customer won’t understand but I did. As I am Bengali myself they didn’t know. They have 0 respect for the customers.

It was National Donut Day and I didn't even know it, that is, until I placed my order. I'm so glad that the person helping me said, "And would you like a free donut?" At first, I was confused, but then I looked around and saw the posters and banners, balloons, all saying, "National Donut Day June 2nd". After laughing at myself for being so unobservant, I said, "Well, of course! I'd love a free donut!" So, long story short, I'm just grateful. The person who helped me made my day. It may seem like a small thing, but getting a free donut with my drink just made my day that much sweeter!  Wheelchair accessibility: I was with a person in a wheelchair and we were able to enter this Dunkin&#39; without too much of a hassle. We entered the building from Market Street, through the Pennsylvania Convention Center doors which were automatic with the push of a button. The entrance into this Dunkin&#39; was wide and I had no problems pushing the wheelchair through the establishment to a table.

There’s plenty of other Dunkin’ Donuts in the area, go to those instead! The wait times here our production list, even if you order ahead you’ll still wait 10 to 15 minutes for your order. Also if you order in store they will up charge you for everything so it’s cheaper to order through the app prior to getting there or you’ll pay a lot more!

Great location, they get it done as fast as humanly possible. But as for Dunkin corporate, their Refreshers are a pick pocket, you pay upwards of $5 for a medium cup of ice with a little drink, the equivalent of a small cup of actual drink. Stear clear, they have to get their ice straight, they put enough ice to last for a few hours on a summer day, no one needs that much ice. It's just a fraud.

This place was actually pretty swamped most of the time when I visited because it was the only nearby coffee place open during a winter storm while our conference at the convention center was going on. They handled the crowd well with fairly speedy service, and the coffee and bagel was just what you expect.

This is definitely one of my favorite Dunkin’ Donuts locations.  Kid-friendliness: You can definitely bring your kids here.  Wheelchair accessibility: This place is very assessable for wheelchairs.

Late to open and not ready to make hot sandwiches.  Coffee is not bad.

Nice people at this location. Located in the heart  of China Town Philadelphia.  People come here after Church Service on Sundays Shalom

Updated September 2021: Removed a star because their coffee is so watered down that it's like brown water. They are very nice and hard working and other menu items are fine, just don't get the coffee. -------- They work hard in that store as they are busy with morning rush. The reason I give it a 4 star rating is that it's not a DD that you'd want to sit in and eat. Really only good for takeout. I order in the app when I get out of the train and it's ready when I get upstairs.

Worst location! Yes, there are always tons of homeless people milling about , but your coffee tastes like dirty water. No flavor, except sugar.  And the donuts tasted stale and very odd. Nothing like a donut should taste. Took one bite and sip, and threw directly into the trash! Definitely won’t be returning . Customer service nonexistent too.
