I ordered the Dunkin Midnight Dark Roast coffee with a donut a little after 7pm. The coffee was so smooth and rich. It was not overpowering which I liked since I do not drink coffee regularly. I could taste notes of chocolate on my tongue. My experience with the donut was another story. It was quite stale to the touch and bite. It crunched when I bit into it. I would have hoped the Dunkin associate would have warned me before putting it in the bag.  Features: The sanitizer dispenser across from the mobile pickup tray was empty. I noticed the associate behind the counter did not wear a mask. I&#39;ll assume this location does not have a policy regarding COVID-19 safety procedures.

Whoever was on shift on 09/01/2022 at 4:00pm was on their phone talking and did not even try to take my order, they said “we’re closed right now”. That was a lie, if any managers read these please do better and hire someone else. That is unacceptable

Terrible costumer service. I guess being paid to go to work is just NOT enough. In case you couldn't read the sign she made sure to let everybody on line know what the sign said.

I just went in had to do a 180° because there was barely any donuts and flies flying around what was left so I was like nah I’m good lol I could hear the employees laughing in the back also. I understand it just hit 9pm but still.

Just terrible customer Service, They need to be thankful to have a job and when you go in there, they act like you are bothering them, Ny granddaughter had to see how rude and unprofessional we were treated to make a purchase. My Granddaughter said her donuts was hard on the bottom, I refuse to patronize them, will drive out of neighborhood and go to Westchester County where you can receive professionalism and they do not mind working and servicing the general public. We visited on 5/28/21

They almost NEVER open on time especially on Sundays and the morning staff has terrible customer service... They are rude and don't know how to talk to people.. I asked the guy this morning will they open on time he replied " No" very nasty with his back turned to me... Who is the  manager/owner ? What are you doing about this ? Everyone is pretty much saying the same thing, you staff is rude and disrespectful... We all can't be lying.........

I ordered a blue berry muffin and it was very undercooked. I also received a bagel that was barely toasted.

Disgusting and rude behavior to customers. I simply ordered a large coffee, light and sweet and was belittled by one of the staff this morning 12/5 @ 7:30am.  I handed the coffee to my husband. He added more sugar to the coffee and the server said "I guess some people like diabetes." then shook his head when we looked up at him. If he made it the way we asked, then we wouldn't have had to add more sugar. I don't expect much to come of this because we have seen this specific employee at another dunkin donuts and it seems like they just rotate him around instead of handling the issue.

I just ordered vanilla chai i was actually impressed cause the girl made it so fast but when i drank it there was no flavor and it was t even hot, it wasn’t even warm. Taste like she gave me water and milk. I was there at 2:05am in the morning. So it’s either she gets training or she needs to be replaced this is disgraceful

I gave her five stars because my food was good, the Donuts was good and my coffee was amazing but as far as her little attitude, that's another story. But she made my food n coffee with love. First time eating at dunkin and she made good food so I gave her 5 stars.
